La Ricarde

The villa is very skilled and beautifully renovated by its new owners and transformed into a comfortable and stylish holiday home. The ground floor consists of a modern kitchen, a nice living-dining room, a lounge area and a modern luxury kitchen. In the living-dining room is a comfortable seating area and a long table for 8 people.  Next to the dining room is a small lounge room with a nice sofa in the corner and a fireplace. A separate WC is also available on the ground floor. 

The kitchen is luxuriously equipped. The equipment includes two ovens, a microwave, a luxury espresso machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and an induction cooker.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the first floor. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a double (boxspring) bed (180x200). The bathroom has double sinks, bathtub, separate shower and WC. In the bedrooms 2 and 3 also are double beds (2x90x200) available. If desired, the beds can be arranged separately. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the 2nd bathroom (double sink, bathtub, separate shower and WC).

Bedroom 4 is located in the tower room on the 2nd floor. A double bed (160x200) is available. The bathroom is en-suite (shower and WC).

The villa is situated on the edge on one of the many large olive groves, which the village Callas has. The villa is built on a hill so there is beautiful view of the olive groves and the Provencal hills. The private property measures 6000m2 with a forest of pine and oak trees.

The pool is situated between the house and the pool house. The pool is obviously private and measures 11 x 5 meters. Enough sun beds, parasol and a BBQ are available. There are no immediate neighbours. The villa and the whole property are wonderful places to spend your time after enjoying your days in the beautiful Provence. See also the Google Maps location.

There is a charging station available for electric or hybrid vehicles, which can be used.

A short distance to the centre of the picturesque Callas. This Provencal village offers several nice restaurants, a tourist office, a post office and a weekly market selling local products. Callas offers the typical Provencal atmosphere that immediately gives you a holiday feeling.

The town Draguignan is reachable in 15 minutes by car and offers all the facilities you would expect from a mid-sized city, including a large Carrefour. In 45 minutes you can be at the coast, in Sainte-Maxime for a nice day at the beach on the French Riviera.
