From the parking area, you walk along a gravel path lined with old stone walls and tall cypress trees to the entrance. The atmosphere of Provence is immediately tangible.
The living room is spacious and full of character, with a beautifully preserved original beamed ceiling. This charming space forms the heart of the old mill.
The living area features a comfortable sitting area with a large open fireplace. Adjacent to it is an oak dining table. Most likely, you’ll enjoy your meals outside on the terrace connected to the kitchen. Authentic features such as the old millstone and the large wooden waterwheel are wonderful reminders of the villa’s history. It’s lovely to see how the owners have transformed this property into a comfortable holiday home in the heart of Provence.
The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with a range of appliances, including a beautiful 6-burner stove, two ovens, an American fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. From the kitchen, French doors open onto a shaded patio.
The villa offers five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are located in the main house, while three others have a separate entrance, just a few steps away.
Bedroom 1, located in the main house, features a double bed (180x200) and a spacious en-suite bathroom. French doors connect directly to the terrace at the front of the villa.
Bedroom 2, also in the main house, has a double bed (180x200) and a modern en-suite bathroom (shower, sink).
Bedroom 3 is adjacent to the main house and has its own entrance. Known as the “map room” because of the framed maps on the walls, it features a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink).
Bedroom 4, located in the guesthouse, has a double bed (160x200) and a lovely en-suite bathroom (shower, sink).
Bedroom 5, also in the guesthouse, is a family room with a double bed (180x200) on the ground floor and an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink). On the charming mezzanine, reached via a typical (steep) staircase, are two single beds — a favorite place for children to sleep.
Three bedrooms have double beds (180x200), and two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each.
Last but not least, there is a separate underground playroom for children (accessible only from outside), equipped with a television, DVD player, and table football — a perfect spot to play and relax.
The villa is set on an exceptionally large and fully enclosed private estate of no less than 3 hectares, offering peace, space, and complete privacy. Scattered across the grounds are ancient olive trees, fragrant lavender, and colorful flowerbeds that together create a truly Provençal atmosphere. Several terraces and seating areas invite you to enjoy sun or shade at any time of the day — the perfect setting for reading a book or enjoying a glass of rosé.
At the center of the garden lies the large swimming pool (12 x 6 meters), surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable teak loungers, chairs, and two spacious dining tables where up to twelve guests can enjoy a shared dinner or a relaxed breakfast. The pool house is particularly charming: a covered terrace with an open fireplace and large lounge sofas, ideal for long summer evenings.
Adjacent to the pool house is a large gas barbecue, conveniently located near the villa’s second kitchen, allowing indoor and outdoor living to flow seamlessly together. It’s the perfect setup for preparing delicious meals and dining by the pool while overlooking the garden.
Extending beyond the garden is the boules court, where you can enjoy a game in the shade of the olive trees in the late afternoon. The property also features a large herb garden with fresh herbs for your use — ideal for those who love cooking with authentic Provençal flavors. There’s also a large lawn where children can run and play freely; combined with the pool, the playroom, and the vast grounds to explore, this villa is truly a paradise for families.
Ample parking is available on the property, allowing several cars to be parked safely and conveniently. Thanks to the size of the estate and the natural landscaping, you’ll enjoy complete peace and privacy, with no overlooking from the outside.
