Beautiful villa with a generous living area of 275 m2. The living room on the ground floor is spacious and enjoys plenty of natural light. The large garden doors connect almost the entire ground floor with the terrace at the front of the villa.

In line with the contemporary furnished living room, you will find the dining room, behind which is the new modern kitchen. Apart from all the comfort, we are very fond of the fresh color scheme in this villa.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, 3 ovens, 2 refrigerators, hob, Nespresso machine, and a kettle. From the living room, you have a beautiful view of the spacious garden with lawn and the pool. The living room and the kitchen provide access to the partially covered terrace on the garden side of the villa.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with either underfloor cooling or air conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor.

Bedroom 1 features a double bed (180x200), underfloor cooling, and an ensuite bathroom (sink, shower, and separate toilet). Bedroom 2 features a double bed (2x90x200), underfloor cooling, and an ensuite bathroom (sink and shower).

On the 1st floor; bedroom 3 offers air conditioning, a double bed (180x200). The bathroom is ensuite (shower and sink). Bedroom 4 offers air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom (shower and sink), and 3 single beds (3x90x200). A very nice children's room, we would say. Bedroom 5 offers air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom (sink and shower), and a double bed (2x90x200).

For stays longer than a week, the villa will be cleaned free of charge and guests will receive clean towels. This does not include new bed linen, but you can optionally book a linen change.

A beautiful, almost entirely flat garden of 8000 m2. Eye-catchers are the old trees in the middle of the garden that provide delightful shade.

French doors from the living room, dining room, and kitchen open onto the partially pergola-covered terrace. Here, there is a large dining table for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view over the garden. The garden is flat and equipped with grass.

Perpendicular to the house is the swimming pool with a sun terrace. On the sun terrace, there is a beautiful luxury lounge set, and around the pool, there are sunbeds. The pool measures 12 x 6 m and can be fully covered by a roller shutter. This is particularly nice for the safety of the little ones.

The old town of Carpentras offers various restaurants, numerous squares, refreshing fountains, and charming shopping streets. A must-visit in the Vaucluse.

The major city in the region is of course the well-known Avignon. The "Pont d'Avignon" is a 30-minute drive from the villa. It's always nice to visit this city. For cycling enthusiasts, there is Mont Ventoux, for many - after Alpe d'Huez - the most famous cycling mountain. Just a 15-minute drive from the villa. In addition to cycling routes, there are also beautiful hiking opportunities. Or you can choose to relax for a day in and around the pool. Something for everyone!

Parking on-site is possible for multiple cars. There is a boules court as well as a ping-pong table.
