Les Prieurs

Upon entering, you stand in a spacious entrance hall; to the left is the cozy dining room and behind it the spacious living room, while the kitchen is located to the right. The living room is warm and invitingly furnished and exudes Provençal charm thanks to the robust wooden ceiling beams. A comfortable L-shaped sofa forms the heart of the room, around the fireplace and the TV.

Through the garden doors, the inside flows effortlessly into the outside: the terrace and the pool are literally in front of you. Adjacent to the living room, you will find the dining area, also with French doors to a terrace and the backyard. For extra comfort, there is Wi-Fi and television available.

The kitchen is designed in a cheerful blue Provençal style. Here you have, among other things, an induction hob, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer combination. You can also step directly from the kitchen onto the spacious terrace and garden. The utility room houses the washing machine and dryer.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1, on the ground floor, is the master bedroom due to its spacious character. This room has a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, double sink, and toilet. From the bedroom, there is direct access to the garden, and the bedroom has air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has a double bed (180x200). This bedroom has air conditioning and shares a bathroom in the hallway with bedroom 3, equipped with a double sink, walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet.

Bedroom 3 is on the first floor and has a double bed (2x90x200) and a beautiful view. This bedroom also has air conditioning and shares the same bathroom in the hallway with bedroom 2, with sink, walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet.

The villa is situated on a spacious plot of 4,000 m2 and is surrounded by a mature Mediterranean garden with cork oaks and slender cypresses. Located in a very quiet, residential neighborhood, you enjoy maximum privacy and a relaxed atmosphere here. Thanks to the various terraces and seating areas, you can easily choose sun or shade at any time of the day.

A large covered terrace extends along the entire length of the living and dining rooms.

In addition to this terrace, the villa also has a terrace directly next to the kitchen. Here you will find the outdoor dining table, the plancha, and the pizza oven. The place for long lunches, cozy dinners, or simply a quiet coffee moment.

The terrace flows into the private pool measuring 9 x 4 meters. Around the pool is a sunny terrace with 6 comfy sunbeds and 3 parasols. The pool depth ranges from 50 cm to 175 cm.

The plot is spacious and offers ample parking for multiple cars. Children have plenty of space to play here.

The villa was visited by VillaSud in February 2026. This spring we will visit the villa again and arrange a photoshoot.

Cotignac is a very charming, colorful (many houses are painted in park-like ochre, yellow, orange, and beige colors) and lively village known for its authentic character with many restaurants and terraces under the large plane trees on the square.

The village of Cotignac is just a few minutes from the villa. Also very special are the cave dwellings adjacent to the village.

You are in a beautiful Provençal region with many small winding roads through a rolling landscape. Excursions to Lac St. Croix (half an hour drive: surfing, sailing, pedal boating, swimming), Gorges du Verdon (3/4 hour: beautiful gorge to explore on foot or by pedal boat or to swim), but also to 'Le village dans le ciel' Tourtour (half an hour from where you have a beautiful view).

Of course, the many Provençal markets or the 'vide greniers' and flea markets that take place everywhere in the summer are very fun.
