This charming Provençal Mas radiates timeless elegance and character. Although a formal entrance welcomes you at the front, most guests will naturally find themselves entering through the inviting kitchen doors that open directly onto the sunny terrace – perfectly in tune with the relaxed rhythm of holiday life.

At the heart of the home lies the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, recently renovated to combine rustic charm with modern convenience. A large dining table for ten invites long, leisurely meals with family or friends. The kitchen flows effortlessly into the separate dining area and is flanked by two cozy living spaces: on one side a comfortable TV lounge, on the other the main living room.

The interior is warm and welcoming, featuring exposed wooden beams, whitewashed walls, and a gentle English cottage style that creates a soothing, homely ambiance. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, and the entire property benefits from high-speed fibre-optic internet – ideal for streaming or remote work during your stay.

The villa offers four bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Additionally, there are two separate guest WCs for extra comfort.

Bedroom 1, is located on the ground floor, to the left side of the house, accessible via the TV lounge. It features a queen-size bed (160x200) and a spacious en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, and WC.

Bedroom 2, is located on the first floor and accessed via a staircase from the dining room. Suitable for both adults and children, it offers four single beds (80x200) and a modest en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.

Bedroom 3, is situated on the ground floor on the right-hand side of the house, accessible through the living room. It features a queen-size bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.

Bedroom 4, is also on the ground floor, on the left-hand side of the house, and accessed directly from the hallway. It features a standard double bed (140x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.

This charming property is situated at the end of a quiet country lane, on a spacious private estate that offers complete peace and privacy.

From the dinig area, you step directly onto the generous front terrace, furnished with a comfortable lounge set and a large dining table – the ideal spot to enjoy long, sun-drenched days. The villa borders lush forests and picturesque vineyards. Towering mature trees provide welcome shade and add to the tranquil atmosphere. The landscaped garden offers a place to slow down, unwind, and reconnect.

Just a short stroll from the house lies the fenced-in swimming pool – a reassuring feature for families with young children. Measuring 11 by 5 metres, the pool is surrounded by quality sun loungers and parasols for relaxing afternoons in the sun.

A standout feature is the luxurious six-person hot tub – perfect for a soothing soak under the stars. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, the summer kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, running water, and a barbecue.

Equally impressive is the elegant pool house with a stylish lounge area beside the pool. Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and aesthetics, it’s the kind of place where you’ll find yourself lingering all day – whether sipping your morning coffee, reading a good book, or enjoying a leisurely alfresco lunch.

This is an environment for lovers of peace and nature. From the house you can make various bicycle/mountain bike tours and walks. You are really in the middle of hilly nature, with many small paths that lead through the vineyards, through (oak) forests or past small villages. Cotignac is a lively village that is known for its original appearance, with many restaurants and terraces under the large plane trees in the square. Also visit the cave houses at the back of the village.

Trips to Lac St. Croix (1/2 hour drive: surfing, sailing, pedal boat, swimming), Gorges du Verdon (3/4 hour: beautiful gorge to explore on foot, pedal boat or swim), but also to 'Le village dans le ciel' Tourtour (1/2 hour from where you have a beautiful view). And we haven't even mentioned the many Provencal markets or the 'vide greniers' and brocantes that take place everywhere in the summer.

Draguignan and Lorgues: truffles, lavender, Côtes de Provence

Around the Provençal town of Draguignan are the famous vineyards of the Côtes de Provence. The last few years many people have chosen this lovely area as their holiday destination. Especially Lorgues is popular, a typical Provencal market town with a medieval center surrounded by a beautiful landscape of pine forests, oak trees, olive groves and vineyards. Nearby are picturesque villages such as Carcès , Taradeau, Vidauban, St Antonin du Var, Les-Arcs-sur-Argens and the charming mountain village of Flayosc with several fine restaurants. In Thoronet is the famous Abbey, surrounded by lavender fields. Try also the delicious typical Provencal rosé at one of the many vineyards. Or opt for a truffle dinner at Restaurant Bruno in Lorgues.
