The entrance provides access to the living room on the right corner with a flat screen TV and a table and kitchen on the left. The kitchen is simple but fully equipped including large fridge and dishwasher.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. Bedroom number 1, the master bedroom, has a double bed (180x200) and an en suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom number 2, has a double bed (160x200) and a bathroom en-suite. Bedroom number 3 has a bunk bed. Bedroom number 4 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 and 4 makes use of a separate bathroom in the hallway. The whole house is air conditioned.

The villa is situated on 800 m2 private grounds. The villa has a private swimming pool of 10x5 meters which can be covered. The garden is well maintained (including lavender, rosemary and oleander) and offers enough privacy. A stone built BBQ is available. The french doors of the living room provide access to the terrace and garden. The part of the terrace, next to the living room is covered. Here you can enjoy an outside breakfast, lunch or dinner.
