The villa offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms and three stylish bathrooms. All bedroom have air-conditioning.

Bedroom 1 is the master suite, located on the first floor of the modern section. The bed is a double (180x200 cm). It features a very spacious dressing area, and the bathroom is luxuriously appointed with a beautiful bathtub, sink, and walk-in shower. Air conditioning is provided.

Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are located in the traditional part of the villa.

Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor and has a double bed (160x200 cm). This room has its own bathroom (shower and sink). It offers a lovely view of the Provençal countryside. 

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the first floor.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed (2x90x200 cm). Bedroom 4 is a custom-designed children's room with two built-in bunk beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with a sink, shower, and WC.

For added comfort and entertainment, the villa includes a cozy TV/playroom on the ground floor—perfect for family relaxation.

The property spans an impressive 4,700 m² and features a completely flat landscape, offering both space and convenience. Large sliding doors from the living room seamlessly connect the interior to the lush garden on the pool side. The partially covered terrace is thoughtfully furnished with several sunbeds and a luxurious lounge set, providing the perfect spot for relaxation. Adjacent to the dining area, an outdoor dining table with seating for eight invites you to enjoy alfresco meals in a serene setting.

On the opposite side of the villa, a vast, level garden unfolds, offering breathtaking views of the picturesque hilltop village of Fayence.

The swimming pool, measuring approximately 11 x 5 meters, is surrounded by a stunning natural stone terrace. Comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas are available for ultimate relaxation. Lush bamboo plantings add a refined Asian touch to the ambiance.

The property also provides ample parking space for multiple vehicles.

The villa is ideally situated just a short distance from the charming Provençal village of Fayence, where a traditional Provençal market takes place three times a week. This delightful historic village, nestled in the picturesque Pays de Fayence—a chain of five scenic hilltop villages—boasts a variety of excellent restaurants and a rich cultural atmosphere.

For added convenience, a large supermarket is just a three-minute drive from the villa, ensuring easy access to daily necessities.

Set in the serene hinterland of the French Riviera, the villa offers the perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to the vibrant Côte d’Azur. Cannes is only 35 minutes away, while the renowned seaside city of Nice is just 40 minutes away. The villa also serves as an excellent base for exploring the region, with exciting day trips possible to Aix-en-Provence, the stunning Luberon, the dramatic Gorges du Verdon, and, of course, the glamorous Saint-Tropez.
