You park your car under the carport and then walk in complete silence and tranquility to the entrance of the villa. Inside, the living room is wonderfully bright, spacious and beautifully contemporary furnished with designer seating and artworks.

The modern and very fully equipped kitchen is located in the extension of the living room. The living room and kitchen are equipped with air conditioning. From the living room and kitchen you have access to a spacious terrace with dining table and sun loungers, offering a beautiful panoramic view.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 modern en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and each room has a TV. There are 4 bedrooms, all located on the ground floor, pool level. All 4 bedrooms offer the same high quality.

Bedroom 1 offers a double bed (180x200) and a luxurious design en-suite bathroom (rain shower, double sink, bathtub and toilet).

Bedroom 2 offers a double bed (180x200) and a modern en-suite bathroom (rain shower, double sink).

Bedroom 3 offers a double bed (180x200) and a luxurious en-suite bathroom (rain shower, double sink and toilet).

Bedroom 4, - only accessible from outside - also offers a double bed (180x200) as well as a beautiful en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).

All bedrooms have access to the terrace or a garden path to the terrace through French doors. You can also step directly into the outdoor shower in the morning or dive into the pool for a fresh start to the day.

The villa is located at the end of a very quiet (dead-end) road in a wooded area. Your privacy is therefore guaranteed. The living room on the 1st floor offers access to the spacious terrace with beautiful outdoor furniture including a table with 8 seats and several loungers.

On the terrace by the pool, on the ground floor, there is a beautiful Balinese cabana. Especially see the photo of this Balinese lounge area because any description simply does not do justice to this beautiful relaxation corner.

The pool on the lower floor is private and accessible via stairs from the terrace. The dimensions of the pool are 10 x 5 m and the depth is 100 - 200 cm. There are luxury loungers and parasols by the pool. There is also an outdoor shower. Very nice is the double hammock. 

At the back in the garden - next to the parking - there is a large safari tent / canopy structure. A nice picnic spot or play area where especially the children will often make use of. You can easily park several cars on the private grounds.

The view from this villa is, besides the comfort and tranquility, truly breathtaking. From both the terrace by the living room and the terrace by the pool you enjoy panoramic views over the rolling Provençal landscape.

Fayence is a very charming historic village with many good restaurants located in the Pays de Fayence, a chain of five villages on top of a hill. 

It is 35 minutes from Cannes and only 40 minutes from the famous seaside resort Nice. Day trips are also possible to Aix-en-Provence, the Luberon, Gorges du Verdon and also Saint Tropez.

The large lake Lac St. Cassien offers opportunities for various water sports, such as rowing, pedal boating, swimming, canoeing, fishing, etc. In authentic French villages in the area you will find museums, studios, and charming markets. For enthusiasts, there are frequent flea and antique markets. For golf lovers, there is the very exclusive Terre Blanche golf course with its 2x18 holes.

The owner of the villa can arrange a beautiful private boat trip for you, including snorkeling, a visit to the island of St. Honorat and a cruise along a nature reserve and world heritage site. The reservation and payment are arranged locally with the manager.
