Also the high quality of the furniture, electrical appliances and bathrooms. All outstanding.'

Holiday Home with private pool in the center of Fayence, Provence. Within 2 minutes you will be able to walk to the bakery, the nice restaurants and the famous Provencal weekly market. The villa is suitable for 6 persons.

    What we love

    • In the heart Fayence village.
    • Airconditioned
    • Big garden
    • Everything ground floor level
    • 2 minutes to get fresh croissants.

The living room is wonderfully spacious and furnished in a mix of comfy sofas and classic armchairs.  There is  a dining area with dining table with 6 chairs. The open kitchen is on the right next to the dining area. The kitchen  is equipped with every convenience. It also provides access to the terrace or the garden towards the pool.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are located on the living level, ground floor. Bedroom 1 offers a double bed (180x200), air conditioning and the bathroom is en-suite (shower, sink, and separate W.C.). Bedroom 2 located on the other side of the hall also offers a double bed (180x200), air conditioning and the bathroom is en-suite (shower, bath, washbasin and separate W.C.).

Bedroom 3 is located downstairs and offers a double bed (180x200), air conditioning and the bathroom is en-suite (shower, sink and separate W.C.).

French doors from the living room lead to the spacious, partially covered terrace. Below is a dining table with 8 seats. A sun protection offers extra shade if desired.

As an extension of this terrace is the very spacious garden of 3200 m2, including part of the old olive grove. The space is special given its location in the center of Fayence.

The pool is kidney-shaped and measures approximately 11 x 4 m. There are sun loungers and parasols available. We really like the pool house with it’s summer kitchen (including BBQ) and dining table. It is also a impressive view point of the Provencal landscape. The village of Fayence is a so-called mountain village, situated higher to avoid the higher summer temperatures.

As mentioned, you can walk to the heart of the village of Fayence in a few minutes; a very nice historic village with many good restaurants located in the Pays de Fayence, a chain of five hilltop villages.

Located in the hinterland of the French Riviera, it is a short distance from the coast and the bustling life of the Côte d'Azur. It is 35 minutes from Cannes and only 40 minutes from the famous seaside resort of Nice. Day trips are also possible to Aix-en-Provence, the Luberon, Gorges du Verdon and of course Saint Tropez.

Lake St. Cassien offers good opportunities for all kinds of water sports, such as rowing, pedal boating, swimming, canoeing, fishing, etc. In authentic French villages in the area you will find museums, workshops, nice markets. For enthusiasts there are frequently various flea and antique markets. For golf enthusiasts, the exclusive Terre Blanche golf course (2x18 holes) is a short distance from the villa.

    Fayence & Seillans

In the foothills of the Esterel Mountains, north of Fréjus-Saint-Raphaël, you can find the most beautiful areas in Provence. Here are the beautiful 'villages perchés', such as Fayence, Seillans and Mons. Medieval mountain villages, where you will find many remnants of the past. Montauroux and Callian are a good starting point for a family trip to the stunning Lac de St. Cassien.

Strolling through pittoresque markets, you will experience the true beauty of Provence. Tourettes is best known for the Terre Blanche golf course. Due to its central location it is just a half hour drive to the coast in Cannes, Fréjus-Saint-Raphaël and the perfume town Grasse.
