The entrance leads you into the tastefully decorated living. A comfortable seating area is set up around the fireplace. From the living you have direct access to the kitchen. The Provençal kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a large dining table in the kitchen. From the kitchen two large sliding doors offer access to the large covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, dining table and seating area. The entire villa is air conditioned.

There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedroom 1, the masterbedroom, is situated on the ground floor. This bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and a ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Adjacent to this bedroom is a study with a sofa bed. If needed it is possible for 2 children to sleep here. Ideal for families with young children. The study is only accessible through the master bedroom.

The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom 2, which is actually a second master also has a double bed (180x200)and it’s en-suite bathroom with bathtub (shower in bathtub). Bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 both have two single beds (90x200) which can be pushed together if so desired. Both bedrooms have their own private shower. Bedroom 3 and 4 share a toilet in the hallway.   

The villa is situated on large private grounds of approximately 5000m2. Very nice is the large covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen. Here is the summer outdoor kitchen (sink and BBQ), dining table and sitting area. During the summer, this probably is the place where you will probably spend the most of your time.

There is sufficient parking space on the fully fenced property. The villa has a fast charging station that you can use with your electric or hybrid car. You can book this at an extra charge.  

The pool (12.5x4.5) is a short distance from the villa and is completely fenced. Around the pool several sun beds and one parasol are to be found. Along the pool is a flat lawn. Perfect for the kids to play. There is also a jeu de boules court. 

Very special is that the villa features its own private vineyard. In 2007 there were planted 200 vines.

The villa is situated in between the two beloved Provencal villages Fayence and Seillans. Both are about 5 minutes drive from the villa. In Fayence there is a Provencal market 3 times a week.

The large Lac de Saint Cassien is about 20 minutes drive from the villa. A large lake with great atmosphere; beach, hiking and water sports.
