The oldest part of the house dates back almost a hundred years. Inside you can hardly tell since it has been completely renovated and turned into an comfortable holidayhome.

The ground floor consists of a comfortable living area contemporay stylish kitchen, an office are and two bedrooms. The seating furniture is arranged around the fireplace. The wooden beams and the old tiles add to the flavour of the Provence. From both the living and the kitchen french doors provide access to the large terrace and garden. Satellite TV is present.

Next to the living is the spacious modern kitchen. The kitchen is all white and well equipped; refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. In the kitchen there is a large dining table seating 8.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Please note, the two bedrooms on the first floor are only accessible via a separte entrance from the outside.

Ground floor;

Bedroom 1 is a beautiful spacious bedroom with a king size double bed (220x200). The bathroom is en-suite (classic bath, separate shower, sink and toilet) French doors provide access to the covered terrace.

Bedroom 2 is little bit smaller and offers a double bed (160x200). This bedroom has a private bathroom (spacious shower and a sink). There is also a separate toilet on this floor. 

First floor; Bedrooms 3 and 4 both so-called theme bedrooms. Each bedroom has a unique color.

Bedroom 3 is the blue room offering double bed (180x190). The room offers beautiful views off the country side.

Bedroom 4 is the yellow room and there you will find a queen size bed (180x200). The bathroom (shower) is shared by bedrooms 3 and 4. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

The layout of the bedrooms makes the villa well suited for 2 families.

The villa is set on a spacious private estate, surrounded by characteristic cork oaks and olive trees. The natural, green surroundings offer plenty of privacy and create a relaxed Provençal atmosphere. At the same time, the villa is located only about 1 kilometre from the lively village of Fayence, where you will find charming terraces, restaurants, shops and the weekly market.

At the front of the villa, there is a covered terrace that extends across the full width of the house. It is furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs, making it a wonderful place for long lunches, atmospheric dinners or a relaxed breakfast outdoors. Thanks to the roof, you can sit comfortably sheltered from the sun while enjoying views of the rolling Provençal hills. The terrace is also an ideal spot to unwind at the end of the day with a glass of rosé and enjoy the peace and surrounding landscape.

In the middle of the garden, you will find the spacious private swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 metres. On warm summer days, it is the perfect place for a refreshing swim. Thanks to the Roman steps, the pool has an easy and comfortable entrance, making it particularly accessible. Around the pool, there are plenty of sun loungers and parasols, allowing you to relax to the fullest. The sun exposure is excellent: you can enjoy the sun here almost all day long. For those who prefer the shade, several pleasant seating areas are spread across the grounds, where you can read quietly, enjoy an aperitif or simply soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere.

Fayence is a charming and lively historic village, beautifully situated in the Pays de Fayence. This region consists of a series of atmospheric hilltop villages, each with its own character, pretty squares, narrow streets and panoramic views over the Provençal landscape. In Fayence, you will find several excellent restaurants, inviting cafés, small shops and regular local markets offering regional produce, fresh vegetables, cheeses, olive oil and Provençal specialities.

The Pays de Fayence forms the beautiful hinterland of the French Riviera. Here, you can enjoy the peace, space and authenticity of Provence, while the glamorous coastal towns of the Côte d’Azur remain within easy reach. Cannes can be reached in about 35 minutes and Nice in approximately 40 minutes. This makes a stay at the villa easy to combine with days out to the beaches, boulevards, marinas, restaurants and shops along the coast.

There is plenty to discover in the immediate surroundings. Visit, for example, the other characteristic villages of the Pays de Fayence, such as Tourrettes, Seillans, Callian and Montauroux. Here, you can stroll through old streets, enjoy lunch on a village square or visit galleries, studios and small museums. During the summer months, village festivals, evening markets and music events are often organised, creating a wonderful Provençal atmosphere.

A short distance away lies the beautiful Lac de Saint-Cassien, a popular spot for either an active or relaxing day by the water. Here you can swim, canoe, row, rent pedal boats, try stand-up paddleboarding or go fishing. Around the lake there are several small beaches and peaceful spots where you can picnic or simply enjoy nature. For families with children, the lake is a lovely alternative to the villa’s swimming pool.

The area is also very attractive for lovers of markets, brocante and antiques. Provençal markets, flea markets and antique markets are regularly held in the surrounding villages. Here you will find local products, ceramics, linen, art, vintage finds and regional specialities. It is a delightful way to experience the atmosphere of the South of France and to take home some special memories.

For golf enthusiasts, the location is ideal as well. The exclusive Terre Blanche golf course, with two 18-hole courses, is located a short distance from the villa. This renowned golf resort is considered one of the finest in the region and offers excellent facilities in a beautiful natural setting.
