The oldest part of the house dates back almost a hundred years. Inside you can hardly tell since it has been completely renovated and turned into an comfortable holidayhome.

The ground floor consists of a comfortable living area contemporay stylish kitchen, an office are and two bedrooms. The seating furniture is arranged around the fireplace. The wooden beams and the old tiles add to the flavour of the Provence. From both the living and the kitchen french doors provide access to the large terrace and garden. Satellite TV is present.

Next to the living is the spacious modern kitchen. The kitchen is all white and well equipped; refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. In the kitchen there is a large dining table seating 8.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Please note, the two bedrooms on the first floor are only accessible via a separte entrance from the outside.

Ground floor; bedroom 1 is a beautiful spacious bedroom with a king size double bed (220x200). The bathroom is en-suite (classic bath, separate shower, sink and toilet) French doors provide access to the covered terrace. Bedroom 2 is little bit smaller and offers a double bed (160x200). This bedroom has a private bathroom (spacious shower and a sink). There is also a separate toilet on this floor. 

First floor; Bedrooms 3 and 4 both so-called theme bedrooms. Each bedroom has a unique color. Bedroom 3 is the blue room offering double bed (180x190). The room offers beautiful views off the country side. Bedroom 4 is the yellow room and there you will find a queen size bed (180x200). The bathroom (shower) is shared by bedrooms 3 and 4. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

The layout of the bedrooms makes the villa well suited for 2 families.

The villa is situated just one kilometer outside the lively centre of Fayence. The garden is spacious and is planted with olive trees, oak trees and local flowers and shrubbery.

We really like the outdoor terrace. It offers beaucoup de charme. A dining table seating 6 and some outdoor furniture adorn this terrace. The pergola offers a nice shay place for escaping the midday sun.

The private pool (12x6 m) is just in front of the house. The pool can be easily accessed via it's steps. There  are plenty of sun loungers and parasols available. The pool terrace is ideal for soaking up the sunshine. If so desired there are ample ways to enjoy the shade as well. There is also a outside shower and a tabletennis table. There is plenty of outdoor space for the whole family. 

Fayence is a very nice historic village with many good restaurants located in the Pays de Fayence, a chain of five villages at the top of a hill. This hinterland of the French Riviera is at short distance from the coast and the bustling life of the Côte d'Azur. It is 35 minutes from Cannes and only 40 minutes from the famous seaside resort of Nice. Day trips to Aix-en-Provence, the Luberon, Gorges du Verdon and of course Saint Tropez are also possible.

The lake St. Cassien offers the possibility for all kinds of water sports, think of rowing, pedal boats, swimming, canoeing, fishing etc. In authentic French villages in the area you will find museums, workshops, nice several markets. For the market lovers there are frequently several flea and antique markets. For golf enthusiasts, the exclusive golf course Terre Blanche (2x18 holes) is at short distance from the villa.
