This comfortable home just oozes the atmosphere of southern France. The interior is a charming combination of traditional wooden beams, terracotta-colored floors, and contemporary furniture in earthy tones. The dining room is open to the open kitchen and the living room. From the dining room, there is direct access to the partially covered terrace. Both the living room and the dining room have ceiling fans.

The modern open kitchen with a peninsula is fully equipped. Here you can find high-quality pans, good and sharp knives, a few large cutting boards, a blender/food processor, an immersion and hand mixer. Additionally, there are mixing bowls, serving dishes, and baking molds. The kitchen also features an induction cooktop, a microwave, an oven, and a wonderful American-style fridge/freezer. There is also plenty of workspace on the kitchen counter.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, at living level, there are 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. On the lower floor, there is 1 bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have windows with fly screens. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x200) with an en-suite bathroom with a rain and hand shower, sink, and W.C. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed (160x200) with an en-suite bathroom with a rain and hand shower, sink, and W.C. 

On the lower floor is bedroom 3. This spacious bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with a rain and hand shower, double sink, and W.C. There is also a study with a desk and hree-seater sofa as well as a separate laundry room.

For those who wish to stay active during their stay, the villa offers yoga mats and various fitness equipment such as weights, a bench, etc.

The house is located in a green and wooded area. The orientation is south-facing, allowing you to enjoy the sun to the fullest. If you want to take a break from the sun, the covered terrace provides plenty of shade. The terrace has a large dining table, and under the veranda, there is a lounge set where you can relax all day. Here you also find the BBQ in the shade. Down by the bedroom and the study, there are also outdoor seating options. The garden of the villa has recently been renovated into a charming, rugged forest garden with level terraces.

The saltwater pool is located a short distance – 5 m – from the house, at the same level as the living area, and measures 10 x 4 m. It has a depth of 0.8 to 1.80 m. Due to the short distance between the villa and the pool, the owner would like to point out that parents should closely supervise their children if they cannot yet swim. Around the pool, there are luxurious sun loungers and parasols. There is parking space for 2 cars on the property.

On the property, a ten-minute walk away, there is a communal pool measuring 7.5 x 15 meters. There is also a large lawn where you can play and lie in the sun.

The house is a 5-minute drive from the center of the village of Flayosc. It is truly a beautiful Provençal village with a town square, nine restaurants, terraces, and two bakeries. There are also two small supermarkets.

Flayosc is very centrally located for many excursions to the Gorges du Verdon, the perfume city of Grasse, and the fashionable seaside resorts such as Cannes, Nice, St. Maxime, and St. Tropez. The picturesque village of Cotignac is also highly recommended!

Each village has its own "fixed" market day, so you can visit a different market every day. In Flayosc, this is on Monday. For young people, there is a climbing forest called Flay'Forest just outside the village.
