La Ribas

Between the vineyards you will reach the Provençal villa via the access road. The living room is atmospheric and cozy. The benches are placed around the fireplace, very nice to use during the spring and autumn season. There is a TV (no satellite) with, among others, WIFI, a DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker. The living room offers direct access to the terrace via sliding doors.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with open kitchen. In the dining room there is a large Provençal table that can accommodate 8 people. The open kitchen has all facilities; including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge. Of course, a coffee machine is not missing, to start the day with a fresh cup of coffee. Through a sliding door you have direct access to the terrace.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Three of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 offers a double bed (2x90x200). Next door is the 2nd bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200). Both bedrooms have access to the terrace with a view of the swimming pool. Also in bedroom 3 is a double bed (2x90x200). These three bedrooms share 2 bathrooms (1x with bath, shower, toilet & 1x with shower).

From the living room you can take the staircase that takes you to the first floor. Here is bedroom 4, the master bedroom. This bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).

The villa is located on a private plot of 5000 m2 with a large parking space for cars. Both the living room and the open kitchen offer access to the partially covered terrace and the garden via sliding doors. 

There is a raised terrace with a luxurious louge set and parasol. We are also very charmed by the attractive covered terrace. Here, among other things, there is a BBQ. The terrace also offers space for a dining table with 8 seats. The place to stay during the summer!

The swimming pool (10.5 x 5 m) is centrally located in the garden and has roman steps and a so-called plage. Ideal with children so that they can play in shallow water. Besides all the green around the pool there is also a sun terrace with 4 luxurious loungers and parasols. On an elevation is a second sun terrace where there are 2 more luxurious loungers, a parasol and 2 lounge chairs.

Fine for the children is the presence of some flat pieces of garden including a lawn. There is also a Jeu de Boules course.

The carport ensures that the car can be covered in the shade during the warm days.

The location of the villa is ideal! You can fully enjoy what Provence has to offer, a visit to Draguignan is definitely worth it. And all of that is within a half hour drive from the coast (Frejus / St Raphael). Best of both worlds! In La Motte there is a Provençal market every Friday.

If you like rosé or wines from Provence in general, you are in the right place. You are in the middle of a beautiful wine region. Various chateaux in the direct surroundings offers you the opportunity to taste wines. In addition to the classic wine cellars, some wine cellars are beautifully designed in a modern way. A very nice experience.
