Le Degoustaou

The villa is tastefully decorated by the Dutch owner. When you arrive, you almost immediately are in the lounge with open fireplace and TV with Dutch channels. Here you will find a large antique dining table suitable for 12 people. In addition to the lounge is the new main kitchen (2008) with all modern conveniences as an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms. The first two bedrooms have two single beds 80x190m and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has a double bed of 1.90x2.00m. with an ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The studio, which is only accessible through the terrace, has a living room with sitting area and TV and an open kitchen. On the ground floor is the spacious bathroom with shower. Through a narrow spiral staircase, it is the 1st floor where there are 2 large bedrooms (1 with 4 beds all 80x190m and 1 with a double of 160x190m). With toilet and sink. There is also 1 small bedroom with a cot. Chair, box, and bath available.
For entertainment there is, except the swimming pool, TV with video (including Dutch channels), wireless internet, 2 CD players, games, a ping-pong table, jeu des boules and a lot of toys.

Along the quiet road leading to the small village Le Meyas, the driveway will lead you to the grounds of this villa. Part of the grounds (5500 m²) is grass with fully grown trees, a part (behind the house) exists of a hill on which bushes grow. The best part of this villa is the setting towards the sun and the beautiful view of the vineyards, hills and of the village La Motte, if the weather permits, you can even have a glimpse of the sea.

The villa has several lovely terraces, some roofed, and a private swimming pool of 5 x 10 m with pool alarm. The large terrace (20 x 2 m.) is laid along the entire width of the house. This terrace is well fenced in so that small children can not run out to the garden and into the pool. Two drawing rooms, the kitchen and some of the bedrooms have access to the balcony. In the garden there is also a funny old natural stone shed which is used as storage room.

Outside the high and mid season, the villa, or only the main part of the villa, can be rented for longer periods of time against a reduced rate.

It is only a 30 minute drive to the beach of Frejus/St. Raphael. St. Tropez is 40 km. away. Nice and Cannes are less than an hour drive. You are in the heart of the Provence, where you can enjoy the charming markets, fine restaurants and the wonderful nature. The town of Draguigna is also most definitely worth visiting.
