Bedroom 1 – The luxurious master suite, featuring a king-size bed (180x200 cm), an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Bedroom 2 – A spacious retreat with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), charming beamed ceiling, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and shower.

Bedroom 3 – A cozy room with a small double bed (140x190 cm), offering picturesque views of the village.

Bedroom 4 – Featuring a versatile double bed (2x90x200 cm, convertible into two singles), with lovely views over the garden and pool. Shares a modern bathroom (walk-in shower & toilet) with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 5 – A stylish room with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), an en-suite bathroom (shower & toilet), and breathtaking views of the pool and village.

Bedroom 6 – A spacious family suite, complete with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and two single beds (90x200 cm) on a mezzanine. The room enjoys stunning views of the cliffs and the pool and includes an en-suite bathroom.

This villa is set on a stunning 1-hectare private estate, divided into multiple charming gardens and terraces.

The fully enclosed front garden is the heart of outdoor living. A lush lawn provides the perfect space for children to play, while multiple sunny and shaded terraces offer inviting spots to relax— including a picturesque seating area under a blooming wisteria, right next to the kitchen.

A summer outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a gas barbecue, a sink, and a covered dining area, making it ideal for al fresco meals.

The pool area features a heated swimming pool (13 x 4 m), maintained with a salt electrolysis system. The pool terrace, a blend of stone and wood, offers both sun-drenched and shaded spots. This is, in our opinion, the perfect place for a sunset aperitif or an alfresco dinner, thanks to the breathtaking views over the village and the surrounding hills.

Beyond this, tall pine trees create a shaded picnic area, while 60 olive trees lead the way to the hills with beautiful hiking trails.
