Bastide Julienne

The living is spacious and atmospheric. The furniture is placed around the fireplace. From the living room there are several patio doors which open onto the terrace and garden. TV, DVD and CD player, as well as WiFi are available.

As an extension of the living room you find the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, 5 burner stove and a microwave. The kitchen opens onto the spacious terrace and garden. In the utility room you find the washing machine and dryer.

The Bastide has 4 spacious bedrooms, all bedrooms are air conditioned, and 4 Provencal bathrooms. (All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom).

Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has a double bed (2x80200). There is a traditional en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, bath and W.C.) The bedroom has direct access to the garden. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 are located on the first floor and are all air conditioned. On the first floor is a separate toilet. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (2x80x200) and the bathroom is en-suite (shower and sink). Bedroom 3 also has two single beds (2x90x200) and a en-suite bathroom (shower and sink). Bedroom 4 has the widest beds (2x100x200) with its own private toilet and en suite bathroom (shower and sink).

The Bastide is situated in the middle of a beautiful enclosed garden where greenery and trees provide a pleasant rural atmosphere. During the summer you can relax on the terrace or by the pool house. The terrace at the villa is "covered" thanks to the sycamores. There is a dining table for six, a lovely place to sit in the sun and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Luxury gas BBQ available.

There is a large private pool (11x4.5m). On the sun terrace by the pool are sun beds. The pool house includes a lounge, outdoor shower and toilet. A second dining table for 8 people is present here. From the driveway, you access the villa through a private gate. Once on site there is ample parking for several cars.

The picturesque village of Lorgues is an ideal base for all that the Provence has to offer, with its many good restaurants and of course the largest weekly market in the region on Tuesday. But also the Gorges de Verdon, the lake Lac de St Croix, the beach and the beautiful golf courses are nearby. From the villa you can immediately go out hiking. The village center is a at walking distance for the sporty hiker. The use of a car is recommended.

In the immediate area there are very good opportunities for hiking and mountain biking. Also it is possible to go whitewater canoeing on the Argens and there are also great places to picnic. The coast Sainte Maxime and St. Raphael / Frejus is within 45 minutes by car. When you drive for about an hour you reach Nice, Toulon or Aix en Provence.
