The villa is spacious with 250m2 living area. The villa has solar panels for energy supply.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located in the villa itself, the fourth in a separate studio. Out of the 4 bedrooms, 3 are equipped with air conditioning. Please note: Bedroom 4, a simpler children’s room, is not air-conditioned.
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): a spacious and charming (blue) master bedroom with a double bed (180x200). The en-suite bathroom features a shower, double washbasin, and toilet.
Bedroom 2 (first floor): the pink bedroom, also with a double bed (180x200), and a compact en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet. The room is located separately from Bedroom 1, ensuring maximum privacy.
