Luxury freestanding villa with private pool in Lorgues, Provence. The villa is cosy and stylishly furnished. You can walk to Lorgues for shopping croissants and to the large Provencal weekly markets. The villa is powered by solar panels and there is a connection point for electric cars. The villa can accommodate 6 people + 2 small children (bunk beds).

The villa is very tastefully decorated. The term country chic is applicable; stylish and slightly classic with modern furnishings including comfortable lounge and dining area. Dutch TV channels are also present. The living room extends into the beautiful kitchen with as central point a Lacanche cooker. A feast for any cooking enthusiast. The villa is spacious with 250m2 living area. The villa has solar panels for energy supply.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the villa are 2 bedrooms both with luxurious en-suite bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and a beautiful bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed (180x200) and a small bathroom, shower and toilet. The third bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located in a separate studio. The studio with its own entrance consists of a comfortable bedroom with double bed (160x200). The bathroom contains a shower and toilet.
The garden is large 4500m2 and built by an architect. The different terraces are filled with beautiful plants and lavender and oleanders. The olive trees are not missing. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace, built over the entire length of the villa. The terrace is provided with luxury outdoor furniture. A plancha is available.
Apart from this terrace the villa has also a terrace by the pool and there are 2 spacious patios that offer some cooling. In total there is 320m2 of terrace! The outside dining table (6 persons) is placed under a beautiful cast iron covered patio. The studio which is attached to the villa has a private entrance. The private pool (8x4 m) lies slightly lower than the villa and offers a sun terrace with loungers and parasols.
You are located right in the middle of the Provence, surrounded by many villages, who in the period from July to August organize a lot of flea markets and parties with live music. The village center is within walking distance of 3 km. Lorgues is an ideal base for all the pleasures that Provence has to offer. In addition, not far away from Lorgues are Gorges de Verdon, Lake St. Croix and the lavender fields around the perfume town of Grasse, which are all worth a visit.

Draguignan and Lorgues: truffles, lavender, Côtes de Provence
Around the Provençal town of Draguignan are the famous vineyards of the Côtes de Provence. The last few years many people have chosen this lovely area as their holiday destination. Especially Lorgues is popular, a typical Provencal market town with a medieval center surrounded by a beautiful landscape of pine forests, oak trees, olive groves and vineyards. Nearby are picturesque villages such as Carcès , Taradeau, Vidauban, St Antonin du Var, Les-Arcs-sur-Argens and the charming mountain village of Flayosc with several fine restaurants. In Thoronet is the famous Abbey, surrounded by lavender fields. Try also the delicious typical Provencal rosé at one of the many vineyards. Or opt for a truffle dinner at Restaurant Bruno in Lorgues.
