This is a spacious villa with 280 m2 of living space. The living room has comfy sofas and access to the covered terrace with large lounge sets. The kitchen, or living kitchen, has an XL dining table inside and offers access to the spacious terrace covered with a pergola. The kitchen itself has all amenities, cooker, microwave, oven/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The kitchen area does offer airconditioning. 

In total there are 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedroom enjoy airconditioning. The layout is as follows: on the ground floor, living room level, there are 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, garden level, are 2 bedrooms and on the 1st floor is the 6th bedroom.

Ground floor; Bedroom 1 is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and toilet). Bedroom 2 offers a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and W.C.).  The 3rd bedroom is a children's room with bunk beds (2x90x200). 

On the 1st floor is bedroom 4, also with a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet) 

Bedrooms 5 and 6 are located one floor below. From these bedrooms there is direct access to the terrace at garden level. Easy to take a refreshing dip in the pool immediately after waking up. Bedroom 5 has a double bed (2x90x200). Bedroom 6 also has a double bed (180x200), the bathroom is en-suite (shower and toilet).

The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms makes this villa very suitable for 2 families or a large family to share and enjoy a beautiful holiday together.  

Villa Bessons is situated on a plot of 190,000 m2. You understand; your peace and privacy are guaranteed here. Around the house 6000 m2 is fenced and closed with a fence. On the rest of the estate with its oak forests and olive groves you can make beautiful walks. 

This is a real family villa which, thanks to the large garden, the outdoor swimming pool and the various seating areas in and around the villa, offers privacy and relaxation for all family members.

Very beautiful is the with a pergola covered terrace with XL outdoor dining table near the kitchen. A nice place for al fresco lunches or cosy BBQs. 

The swimming pool measuring 14 x 7 m is located at about 40 m from the villa. Comfortable sun loungers and 4 parasols await you on the long side of the pool. There is an outdoor shower by the pool. In total, there are 12 sun loungers by the pool. 

Also nice is the pool house so a refreshing glass of rosé or Perrier is always nearby. Nice detail is the outdoor table under the XL fig tree by the pool house. In our opinion, the place for a nice lunch. Always nice to also cool off from the southern French sun. 

Lorgues is known for its large - and very popular - Provence weekly markets. A lovely French town with terraces and restaurants including the Michelin star truffle restaurant Bruno. A great day out is a visit to the vineyards of Chateau de Berne. Don't forget to make a reservation for an over-indulgent lunch in the Bistro.

In the period July-August, there are several Provencal villages that organise fun activities such as brocantes and parties with live music. 

In the vicinity there are opportunities for canoeing and horse riding. Lorgues is a beautiful is a good base for recreation in the Provence; Gorges du Verdon, the lac de St. Croix, Tourtour, Grasse, etc. has. The Côte d'Azur (Cannes, Antibes, St Tropez) and the beach (Frejus, Sainte Maxime) are easily accessible by car. 

The villa is about an hour away from the airports Nice, Marseille and Toulon and 20 minutes away the train stops in Les Arcs.

On request, various extra services are possible on site. This is because the caretaker lives on the domain. However, at such a distance that you have complete privacy. Think, breakfast care, shopping, extra cleaning and even a table d'hôte. In short, a beautiful holiday with lots of privacy, tranquility and with opportunities to unburden you.
