La Louvière

You enter the hall with a toilet on the left, and after that you walk straight into the bright living room and adjoining dining room and the open kitchen. From the living / dining room you have a beautiful view through the glass front, both rooms flow right into the covered terrace.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with 2 x 1 beds of 90x200 cm. On the ground floor there is a spacious studio with private entrance and with en suite bathroom (shower and toilet) and with patio doors. The master bedroom has a beautiful view and a en-suite bathroom (shower, bath and toilet). On the left side of the house there are the two other bedrooms, one with view to the north and the other to the south and access to the terrace. These two bedrooms share a bathroom (shower and toilet). The layout of the bedrooms the villa is well suited for a holiday with two families. Internet (wifi) is present.

The entire villa has floor cooling.

The villa is located on a piece of land of 1/2 acres located in a wooded and mountainous area. From the villa you can immediately go out walking or biking (bring your own) to the village centre of Lorgues. By foot it takes about 15 minutes. There is parking space for 3 to 4 cars.

Adjacent to the kitchen / dining room / living room you enter the covered terrace. From the terrace, take the stairs down to the pool 10 meters further into the garden. The pool is a so-called infinity pool (1.50m), with a size of 10 x 5 meters and surrounded by a spacious beautifully tiled terrace. Sun loungers and parasols are provided. The villa is facing the south and has the sun all day. Since the villa is recently built the garden is in a few places still growing.

The picturesque village of Lorgues with its many lovely restaurants and of course the biggest weekly market of the region on Tuesday, and also the Gorges de Verdon, Lac de St Croix, the beach and beautiful golf courses are nearby. From the villa you can immediately go hiking, and the village centre is reachable on foot, but the use of a car is recommended.

The grounds of Villa La Louvière are adjacent to the large grounds (> 240ha) of a famous wine estate in Lorgues. On foot through the forest it is approximately 4 kilometers from villa La Louvière to the main winery. Here you can buy wine as well as dine at star level.
