From the living area, French doors open directly onto the terrace and garden. The kitchen also provides direct access to the covered terrace with dining table – perfect for relaxed al fresco meals in the shade.

The villa offers four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor and one on the ground floor.

Bedroom 4 (first floor) – The so-called Asian room, named after the elegant decorations inspired by that region, also features a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

The villa is situated on the edge of vast woodlands. Tall, mature trees provide cooling shade and contribute to the unique, tranquil atmosphere of the garden – a place that invites you to relax and unwind.

From the living area, you step directly onto the terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Around the villa, you’ll find several comfortable seating areas – sunbeds, a dining table, or a charming French bistro set – allowing everyone to find their own favourite spot in the sun or shade.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the covered terrace, featuring a large dining table – an inviting space with lovely views of the garden and pool. It’s the ideal spot for long summer evenings, where outdoor living takes centre stage.

The swimming pool measures 11 by 5 metres and is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas – perfect for lazy afternoons in the sun. The sun terrace faces south, ensuring excellent sun exposure throughout the day.

Of course, no Provençal villa would be complete without a jeu de boules court – perfect for a friendly game with the children after dinner or during the evening apéro.

A stay at this villa means enjoying your holiday just a short distance from the charming village of Lorgues. In July and August, the village comes alive with brocantes, local festivals, and live music. Lorgues is also famous for its large Provençal weekly market, the Michelin-starred truffle restaurant Bruno, and the beautifully wooded Château de Berne – a renowned wine estate with an excellent bistro, perfect for leisurely lunches.

Villa Neroli is an ideal base from which to explore the beauty of Provence. Discover the dramatic Gorges du Verdon, the shimmering turquoise waters of Lac de Sainte-Croix, or the fragrant lavender fields surrounding the perfume town of Grasse.

The Côte d’Azur – with glamorous destinations such as Cannes, Antibes, and Saint-Tropez – as well as the sandy beaches of Fréjus and Sainte-Maxime, are all within easy driving distance.

Golf enthusiasts will find several excellent courses in the area, including Golf de Roquebrune.

The villa is conveniently located about an hour’s drive from the airports of Nice, Marseille, and Toulon. The TGV station in Les Arcs also offers a comfortable and efficient travel option for guests arriving by train.
