The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; 2 bedrooms in the villa on the top floor, 1 bedroom in the turret and 2 bedrooms (the apartment) on the ground floor. Out of the 5 bedrooms, 2 are equipped with air conditioning.
