The villa consists of two floors and is fully oriented to the south.

The upper floor (level of the entrance) consists of a spacious living room, kitchen, and spacious terrace, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lower, downstairs, floor being a separate apartment has a living room, a kitchen and two bedrooms and bathrooms. The view from the top floor is panoramic! All rooms in the main house are equipped with air conditioning (for heating and cooling).

The living room is contemporary and freshly decorated with nice comfy furniture. The kitchen is modern and offers every comfort.

The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; 2 bedrooms in the villa on the top floor, 1 bedroom in the turret and 2 bedrooms (the apartment) on the ground floor. Out of the 5 bedrooms, 3 are equipped with air conditioning.

The upper floor; bedroom 1 and 2 both offer a double bed (160x200). Both bedrooms share the modern en-suite bathroom (shower and sink) of bedroom 2. There is also a separate guest toilet on this floor.

Bedroom 3 has a round bed with a diameter of 2 meters. The bathroom is en-suite (shower, sink and toilet). this room is in the tower, one level up.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located on the ground floor (the separate apartment). Very handy for grandparents or guests, for example. Separate means a private entrance, but also part of and accessible from inside the villa. The beds measure 140x195. The bathrooms are en-suite (shower and sink).

The villa is surrounded by a so-called green zone. This is great for you peace and privacy.

The architecturally designed villa consists of 2 levels. At the level of the living room and kitchen there is a terrace over the entire length of the villa. On the terrace there is a nice contemporary lounge set, as well as sunloungers, the BBQ and a dining table. There is also an awning here so that you can enjoy the terrace in the shade. There is a bistro set on the terrace at the ground floor.

The lower private swimming pool is easily accessible via a wide external staircase from the terrace. The swimming pool is spacious and measures 12.5 x 4.5 m and is 1.60 m deep. There are sufficient sunloungers available. Additionally, there are two large umbrellas. There is ample opportunity for parking on site.

The picturesque village of Lorgues is an ideal base for all the pleasures that Provence has to offer, with its many nice restaurants and of course the region's largest weekly market on Tuesdays. But the Gorges de Verdon, the Lac de St Croix, the beach and beautiful golf courses are also in the vicinity. You can immediately go for a walk from the villa, and the village center is also accessible on foot for a sporty walker.

In the immediate vicinity there are very good opportunities for hiking or mountain biking. You can also go wild water canoeing on the Argens. The coast Sainte Maxime or St.Raphael/Fréjus can be reached within 45 minutes by car. With one hour's drive you are in Nice, Toulon or Aix-en-Provence.

The apartment

In the high season, the apartment is always inclusive and therefore included in the rental price. In the weeks outside July and August, the apartment is optionally available for rent at an additional cost.

If your group consists of more than 6 people, outside the high season the apartment will automatically be added to your booking with an extra charge. If you are traveling with 6 people or fewer outside the high season but still wish to book the apartment, this is possible. Please contact our service desk for assistance.
