Beautiful new villa. The villa has been completely renovated and refurbished from top to bottom.

The living room is bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated with contemporary design furniture, including a comfy seating area and a round dining table. Wi-Fi is provided via Starlink, the best option in Southern France. You have acccess to wifi on all of the terrain, including by the swimming pool. The open kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining areas. The kitchen is modern in color with a rustic look. It is well-equipped and offers everything you need.

We particularly like the life-size art photos and the colorful wallpaper.

There are 3 luxurious, modern bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and located on the first floor. Each bedroom offers the same high-quality beds. The double beds are extra long, which is particularly pleasant for tall guests.

Bedroom 1 has an Auping double bed, 180x210. The same applies to Bedroom 2, Auping bed 180x210. In the third bedroom, there are two beautiful single beds, 90x200.

The modern bathroom features a spacious rain shower, a freestanding bathtub, and a separate toilet. Bathroom 2 also has a walk-in shower, a sink, and a separate toilet.

The private grounds are spacious, covering over 4000 m², offering you great privacy. The garden is slightly sloped with a lower-level pool and a pétanque court.

From the living room and kitchen, there is direct access to the partially covered terrace. There are various seating areas with comfy garden furniture, some in the shade and some nicely in the sun. Shade is provided by tall trees.

The primary terrace is the covered terrace with the outdoor dining table, which seats 6 people.

The pool (10 x 5 m) features an electrolysis salt system and a retractable cover, which can be completely removed by the manager. See the photos as well. There are luxurious sunbeds, and large oak trees provide natural shade. The pool is located 10 m from the villa.

Always fun is the pétanque court and the (fully covered) table tennis table.

There is plenty of parking space on the property, including two covered parking spots. Also very pleasant is the quietness—you hardly hear any traffic or car noise. All this is just a 6-minute drive from the heart of Lorgues.

The center of Lorgues is about 6 minutes by car from the villa. Here you will find, among other things, a bakery, a supermarket (open 7 days a week), and various restaurants. Lorgues is a beautiful, picturesque Provençal town and serves as a great base to explore Provence.

On Tuesdays, the largest weekly market in the region takes place here. Be sure to try truffles at the famous truffle restaurant Bruno.

Special day trips include the Gorges du Verdon and the stunning Lac de Sainte-Croix. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking or mountain biking. You can go white-water canoeing on the Argens, and there are lovely spots for picnicking.

The coast, with Sainte-Maxime or St. Raphaël/Fréjus, can be reached within 45 minutes by car. Lorgues is an oasis of tranquility, yet it remains the vibrant heart of Provence.
