The villa is furnished in an atmospheric and spacious way. When you enter the villa, you will find the Living on the right-hand side. It is equipped with a colorful sitting area. The fireplace will provide a cozy atmosphere. Directly next to the Living, you will find the dining area with an oval-shaped dinner table with 5 chairs. Double doors take you from the dining room to the covered terrace. WIFI is available.

In line with the dining room, you will find the open kitchen. It is endowed with all conveniences including, an induction cooker, spacious refrigerator, electrical oven, microwave, filter- and Nespresso coffeemaker and a kettle. It is possible to reach the outside kitchen from here.

The villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Four bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, while the other 2 are located on the first floor. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, is located on the ground floor. This room has a double bed (180x200). The bathroom is en-suite (shower/bath, basin, toilet). Double doors will give you access to the garden and the pool.

The villa has on both sides a, so-called, wing. A short side with 1 bedroom and a long side with 2 bedrooms. All on the ground floor.

Bedroom 2 is located in the short wing of the villa. This bedroom is endowed with a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). Adjacent you will find here a patio with outdoor shower.

Bedroom 3 & 4 are in the leftwing of the villa. Bedroom 3 is endowed with a double bed (180x200) and bedroom 4 has a single bed (90x200). These bedrooms share a bathroom (shower and toilet). N.B. Bedrooms 2,3 and 4 are only reachable from the outside.

Bedroom 5 & 6 are located on the first floor, you will reach them via a staircase from the living. Through a loft, with TV and comfortable sitting area you can reach both bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (180x200) and share a bathroom (shower, basin, and separate toilet).

Sliding doors lead out onto the covered terrace with a dining table for 10 people and a rattan lounge set. The various seating spots in the length of the garden make it possible to enjoy the garden all day with sun and shadow to choose from. You will find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen under the covered terrace. It is endowed with a spacious refrigerator with freezer, 2 stoves (electrical & gas) and a dishwasher. Here you will find a built-in BBQ on charcoal and gas.

The villa is located on a generous plot of 14,000 m2 overlooking the Provencal hills. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the privacy in a beautiful landscaped garden with Cypress, olive trees and Oleanders. The garden is completely fenced. The lawn and swing set next to the pool make the garden a true paradise for playing children. For the adults, there is a ping-pong table and badminton net available, as well as a pétanque place to play a game of Jeu de Boules. Next to that you can challenge your putting-skills on the putting-green.

The pool (10x4m) is surrounded by sunbeds and parasols. Pool heating is available by surcharge. Thanks to the pool lighting, you can enjoy the atmospheric pool in the evening hours as well. After your dive, you can use the outdoor shower.

There is plenty of parking space on site, that is secured by an electric gate.

The picturesque village Lorgues, can be found on only 3km from the village. Here you will find a boulangerie, supermarket (open, 7 days a week) and several restaurants. Lorgues is the perfect base to discover the most beautiful places of the Provence. The village hosts the largest weekly market of the region. Or go to truffle restaurant Bruno for some delicious truffle dishes.

We recommend you visiting Gorges de Verdon or the beautiful Lac de St. Croix. the immediate vicinity of the villa is perfect for hiking or mountain biking. You can do some wild water canoeing on the Argens or find a perfect spot for a long picknick with a view. The coast in Sainte Maxime or St. Raphaël/Fréjus is reachable in 45 minutes by car. Lorgues is an oasis of serenity but still the beating heart of the Provence.
