On the ground floor you will find a spacious dining room and a salon both with deep and comfortable sofas. Artifacts and paintings add to the country atmosphere. The dining room offers a dining table seating 8.

The luxury modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, an espresso machine, dishwasher, fridge  and an induction hob. The dining room opens out to the garden and the covered terrace. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.

There are 4 bedrooms all furnished in a charming country style. There 3 bedrooms in the main house and 1 in a guesthouse, the separate cottage. All bedrooms and bathrooms in the main house are on the first floor. 

Bedrooms 1 & 2 are both equipped with a double bed (180x200). The same goes for bedroom 3 only it consist of two single beds put together (2x90x200). There are two bathrooms also on the first floor. The more spacious bathroom has a separate shower and toilet. The second smaller bathroom provides a shower and a toilet.

Bedroom 4 is located in the guest cottage. It has its own entrance. The guesthouse offers a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a private bathroom (bath, shower and toilet). We just love the renovated cottage. Apart from the bedroom it boasts a modern furnished living area and a fully fitted luxury kitchen (incl. electric hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher). 

On one side adjoined by vineyards the villa offers private grounds of 7000 m2. If you enjoy your privacy this could just be your spot.

You will likely want to spend your time enjoying the XL size swimming pool and the various outdoor seating terraces. For children there is ample space to play and relax. 

Dinner or lunch can be served on the two outside dining tables under the covered terrace. A (gas) BBQ is also available. The pergola provides ample shade. From this terrace you have a beautiful view of the garden and pool. 

The spacious pool (14x6 m) is surrounded by a stone terrace boasting sun loungers and parasols a-plenty. The swimming pool can be heated which is a nice feature in the months of May, June and September.

The combination of a spacious pool, beautifully flat lawns and the large terrain offers everyone ample opportunity for recreation and play. The private drive offers ample parking for up to 4 cars.

In short, a nice place to enjoy the peace, privacy and proximity to the beautiful village of Lourmarin.

The villa offers 100% privacy whilst being only 2 km from the lovely village Lourmarin. 

Lourmarin is one of the most beautiful villages in France ('Plus Beaux Villages de France' quality mark). In the village you will find good restaurants and many nice shops. Typical of the village are the narrow, winding streets and the beautiful and ancient facades. Every friday there is a popular Provençal market.

The beautiful nature of the Luberon is close at hand. The characteristic villages Bonnieux, Ansious, Roussillon, Gordes, Menerbes and Saigon are nearby the villa. Big and bustling Aix-en-Provence is only a half hour car drive away.

A lot is going on in the region during the summer season; various (open-air) music festivals are being organized like the La Roque d'Anthéron piano festival which last from mid-July to mid-August.
