The spacious living has a cozy seating area and an open kitchen. The seating area is centered around the fireplace and TV (LCD TV). The kitchen is new and equipped with all necessities such as a large American fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle and oven. From the living three large doors open onto the partly covered terrace. The dining table is to be found on this terrace.
The villa has 4 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has an en suite bathroom ( shower, sink and separate toilet). The bed is a queensize boxspring. Bedroom 2 is on the other side of the villa on the ground floor. This queen-size bedroom has an en suite bathroom (shower, sink and separate toilet).
Bedroom 3 and 4 are located on the first floor. In bedroom 3 is a queen bed (160x200) with ensuite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Bedroom 4 also has a queen bed (160x200) with ensuite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Airconditioning; The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms on the first floor are cooled by a strong air conditioning which is located on the corridor. The owner indicated that both bedrooms are very well cooled.
On the covered terrace, in front of the living, is the outdoor dining table. A lovely place for lunch or dinner. On the other side of the pool is the poolhouse with covered terrace a dining table and a small outdoor kitchen.
The pool measures 12 x 4 meters. The pool can be heated and has a cover to keep the water warm. The location is peaceful and 100% privacy is guaranteed. From both the pool and garden there is a great view over the Provencal hills. In this villa you will surely get a good rest and enjoy the best of the Luberon.
You reach the villa in about 5 minutes from the village Menerbes. The last part of the private driveway goes to the parking lot. There is ample space for parking several cars.
The village of Menerbes is one of the most beautiful villages of the Luberon region. The village has nice restaurants and cafes. Famous surrounding villages are: the magnificent Gordes, Roussillon, Lourmarin and Lacoste. Bigger cities such as Avignon, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Orange are about 1 hour drive. All these cities are very much worth a visit.

Gordes, Bonnieux and Lourmarin: the Luberon at its best
East of the A7 between Avignon and Aix-en-Provence you can find a unique piece of Provence. The uniqueness lies in the degree of perfection. Rarely do you see a region where ancient villages with their fortified towns and manor houses are being renovated and restored as carefully as in the area of Bonnieux, Lourmarin and Gordes. It almost seems as if every stone is picked up, cleaned and put back. As if each piece of green is cut by hand into the desired shape.
