Bastide les Adrechs

Entering the villa you arrive in a spacious hall from which you have acces to the living and the kitchen. Up the stairs to the first floor or to the right wing with the library and the master bedroom. In the entire villa luxurious materials have been used and earth and grey tints are consistently implemented. Supplemented with luxurious kitchen supply’s and very comfortable design furniture, inside as well as outside, make this villa a very pleasant place to stay.

The living is very spacious and features 2 luxurious lounge corners and a large diningtable (10-14 people). Off course WiFi, television and DVD player do not lack. As an extension of the living there is the beautiful kitchen with cooking island. The kitchen is very complete and equipped wit hall modern appliances. From both the kitchen and the living there is access to the large stone terrace through french doors.

There are 5 bedrooms of which 2 are Master Bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor in the right wing is bedroom 1. This bedroom is provided with a double bed (160x200cm) en-suite bathroom (shower, bath and toilet). The other 4 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The second bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm) and en-suite bathroom (shower). The bedroom also has a walk-in closet and a French balcony. Lovely view over the pool and the Provencal hills. The other 3 bedrooms all have 2 single beds (2x90x200cm). They share a bathroom (shower and bath). On the first floor there also is a seperate toilet.

From the living you have direct access to the terrace that stretches out over the entire length of the villa. On the terrace there is an extra large dining table that seats 12 people. Very nice is the covered terrace with outdoor kitchen/BBQ and the second outdoor dining table which seats 8 people. The poolhouse also offers the opportunity to relax in the comfortable lounge set.

The landscaped garden is over 3600m2 and consists out of stone terraces, a lawn and an olive grove. The large pool is situated slightly lower and has the possibility to be covered up. The pool measures 13x5 meters. At the terrace at the pool you will find 6 very nice sunloungers. In the olive grove is a jeu-des-boules court.

The Google Maps location is the right one, but the villa was recently built and therefor it is not visible on the map yet.

The area of Montauroux lies in the valley to Fayence and Seillans with in between the village of Tourettes and the charming village of Callian. On a 5 minute drive you will find the Lac de St. Cassien (swimming, canoeing, hiking, biking). The coastal area og St. Raphael and Frejus is about 14 km away. Cannes is only 30km.

The villages in the Provence are also well worth a visit, such as Mons, Bargemon and Callas. In all these villages there is market on different days. On a 15 mintes drive from the villa you will find the beuatiful golf course Terre Blanche (2x18 holes).
The accessibility is excellent. From the exit (39) of the motorway it is only a 12 minutes drive to the villa. It is also possible to fly into Nice airport (KLM, Transavia, SN Brussels). From the airport it is a 45 minutes drive to the villa.

For reservations that take place in the months April, May, June, September and October the use of poolheating (surcharge) is obliged. The surcharge for using the poolheating is to be found in the price-list.
