Thanks to the lush Wisteria and Jasmine growing over the pergola, this is a delightful, sheltered spot to enjoy the outdoors.

The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and Nespresso machine.

A lovely feature is the separate dining room with a modern, oval table for 10 people. Double garden doors on both sides of the room create a bright, open atmosphere. One set opens onto a charming terrace beneath a leafy pergola – an inviting place for a quiet breakfast or evening meal.

The villa accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms and three bathrooms, all located on the ground floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for optimal comfort.

Bedroom 1, is the spacious master bedroom with French doors opening to the garden and pool. The en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet, plus built-in wardrobes. The double bed measures 180x200 cm.

Bedroom 2, is next to bedroom 1. It is a smaller bedroom with a double bed of 140x200 cm. This room uses the bathroom with a shower and sink located directly across the hallway.

Bedroom 3, is at the rear of the villa and overlooks a beautiful orange tree outside the window. It features built-in wardrobes and a double bed of 180x200 cm.

Bedroom 4, also at the rear and next to bedroom 3, has a double bed of 160x200 cm. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a hallway bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet.

The villa is situated on a spacious, completely flat plot of 5,366 m², ensuring maximum privacy. The grounds are lush and atmospheric, with mature trees such as fig and olive trees contributing to a relaxed, rural ambiance. Everything radiates peace and space.

The swimming pool is on the same level as the house, with no stairs or steps, adding extra comfort. The atmosphere around the house is very relaxed – ideal for those truly looking to unwind.

Surrounding the villa are several terraces, some of which are charmingly covered by lush pergolas. This provides everyone with a pleasant spot in either sun or shade. The main terrace, located next to the kitchen, features a large dining table – perfect for long, lazy lunches and atmospheric outdoor dinners. The large gas BBQ is also on this terrace. From here, you can enjoy beautiful views of the village of Le Plan de la Tour and the surrounding vineyards.

The private swimming pool is generously sized (11.5 x 5 meters) and has a depth of 1.20 meters. Around the pool are comfortable loungers and parasols. The pool is optionally heated, making it very enjoyable even in spring and autumn.

Adjacent to the pool is a spacious pool house with a cozy lounge sofa and chairs, refrigerator, tap and sink, a small kitchen, dining table, and a separate toilet – a wonderful place for a relaxed lunch, a shady break, or enjoying the evening sun. An extra bonus: the pool is fully fenced, which is particularly reassuring for families with children. Behind the pool, there is a pétanque (boules) court – the perfect way to end the day with a glass of rosé in hand, overlooking the vineyards while tossing a ball. Also fun is the small garden house with a dartboard.

The location is appealing thanks to the combination of the peaceful Provençal hinterland near the colorful village of Le Plan de la Tour, and the proximity of bustling, lively Sainte-Maxime with its many terraces, restaurants, and of course the beach and the Mediterranean Sea.

Both the village and a supermarket are just a 5-minute drive from the villa. The final part of the route to the villa is on an unpaved road. This road is generally accessible, but it's good to be aware of it upon arrival. For those who enjoy a scenic walk, the village can also be reached on foot in about 20 minutes via picturesque paths through the vineyards.

Le Plan de la Tour is known for its famous residents, such as Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis. It is an authentic French village with about 8 restaurants, several charming terraces, and refined gourmet products available at the Thursday market.

There are various ‘Caves’ offering Provençal wines. From April to October, numerous flea markets, art fairs, and ‘vide greniers’ (local garage sales) take place in the surrounding Provençal villages. A walk through the Massif des Maures is highly recommended.

In the immediate area, almost all types of activities are available: golf, sailing, horseback riding, polo, go-karting, jet skiing, sea kayaking—you name it. Saint-Tropez offers plenty of excitement during the summer, but is also well worth visiting in spring or autumn.
