Les Aumades

The interior is modern and stylish. Upon entering the villa the high ceilings are immediately noticeable. This gives the villa a sense of space and luxury. The living is modernly furnished and equipped with several comfortable seating furniture. Nice peaces of art and beautiful lighting complete the luxury holiday feeling. Of course TV and Wifi are available. The cast floor with concrete look can be seen in every room of the villa, this ensures a sleek and modern appearance.

The luxurious and modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. Both from the kitchen and dining area with design dining table you have a beautiful view towards the terrace and the Provencal hills.

The villa has 4 modern furnished bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. All bedrooms provide air-conditioning and 3 bedrooms additional offers ceiling fans. On the ground floor, as an extension of the kitchen, you will find the first bedroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x200) and a modern en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).

The other 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. On the left you will find bedroom 2, provided with a double bed (2x80x200). Bedroom 3 is also equipped with a double bed (2x80x200). Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom (shower and toilet). This bathroom is located inbetween these two bedrooms. In addition, a separate toilet is available on this floor.

The Master Bedroom is a spacious and luxurious bedroom with a double bed (180x200) with an en-suite bathroom (bath & toilet). Apple TV is available. Very nice is the private terrace with a wide view and from where you can walk directly to the higher located pool. For example, a refreshing swim in the morning.

Villa Les Aumades is situated on private grounds of 11.000 m2. The beautifully landscaped terrace offers panoramic views over the green hills of Provence and features a comfortable lounge set. The perfect place to stay and enjoy yourself during the long summer evenings. Can you imagine it, sitting here and enjoying your time in this villa?

From the kitchen you can immediately take a sit at the spacious Provencal dining table, suitable for 14 guests. The ideal place to have breakfast or enjoy your lunch. An (electric) BBQ is available.

At the rear of the villa, the pool (11x5m) with pool house are located on a higher level. The pool is equipped with an electric cover and can be heated during the pre- and post- season (see the price list).

The spacious terrace around the pool offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation. Luxurious sun beds and umbrellas make it possible to sit back and relax. The separate lounge set under the sun screen is very suitable for enjoying a drink at the end of the afternoon!

The beautifully furnished pool house cannot be missing. The pool house is equipped with several lounge sofas with cushions and a refrigerator. A nice place to read a book and enjoy the surroundings. Relaxing in the hammock is definitely recommended!

The villa offers parking space for 4 cars. It is also possible to park the car under the carport on the private property.

The location of the villa is attractive thanks to the combination of the quiet Provencal hinterland, close to the colorful village of Le Plan de la Tour and the proximity to the bustling Sainte Maxime with its many terraces and restaurants.

Both the village and a supermarket are just a 5-minute drive from the villa. The final part of the route to the villa is along an unpaved road. This road is generally easy to drive on, but it’s good to be aware of this in advance. For those who enjoy a scenic walk, the village can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes via picturesque paths through the vineyards. 

Le Plan de la Tour knows famous residents such as Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis. It is an authentic French village with attractive terraces and refined gastronomic products on the Thursday market. There are various ‘Caves’ for Provencal wines. From April to October there are also many flea markets, art markets and ‘vide greniers’ in the surrounding Provencal villages. A walk through the Massif des Maures is very recommended.

Every Sunday is the famous flea market of Grimaud, a little further away. Almost all activities can be done in the immediate vicinity. You can think of golf, sailing, horse riding, polo, karting, rent a waterscooter and go kayaking. In Saint-Tropez there is plenty to do in the summer, but it is also worthwhile to visit in the spring or autumn.
