The living area boatst a luxurious and modern interior design, with contemporary colors and materials, including comfortable designer furniture and high-end fabrics. Adjacent to the living area is a well-equipped kitchen with a seamless kitchen countertop that extends into the dining table. The kitchen features amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, stovetop, Nespresso machine, and a kettle. Both the living area and kitchen have access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool.

On this floor, there is also a gameroom or TV-room and a separate study for those who need to do some work during their holiday. The internet connection is excellent.

The villa boasts 5 modern bedrooms and 5 luxurious bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms at the pool level and 3 bedrooms on the first floor, which is the same level as the living area and entrance. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and are of the same high quality.

On the ground floor, at the pool level, you will find Bedroom 1, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, double sinks, and toilet). The bed is a double (180x200). Bedroom 2 features a double bed (160x200), and its en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. It also has direct access to the terrace and the pool, perfect for a refreshing morning swim.

Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 all feature double beds (160x200), and their en-suite bathrooms include a shower, sink, and toilet. One of the bedrooms has a bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.

The villa has an excellent sun exposure, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day. If it gets too warm, you can relax on the spacious covered terrace with stylish outdoor furniture, including a modern dining table with seating for 8 and a luxurious lounge set.

The lower-level pool measures 12 x 5 meters and has an inviting depth of 3.0 meters. For your comfort, there are beautiful sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool. A particularly pleasant feature is the "plage" in the pool, a shallow area where especially the little ones can enjoy themselves safely.

You'll have a view of the Prealps in the distance, and you can enjoy complete tranquility as there are no direct neighbors, providing privacy. There is ample parking space on the property for your convenience.

The villa serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The medieval Provençal town of Valbonne, for example,  is just a 10-minute drive from the villa. It's known for its maze of narrow streets, numerous restaurants, and specialty shops. Don't miss the Friday market for a taste of local products and crafts.

The village of Roquefort les Pins is also nearby, with two bakeries, a pharmacy, a greengrocer, a newsstand, and an Intermarché supermarket just 5 minutes by car drive. It's a peaceful place with a few restaurants, including a pizzeria.

Saint Paul de Vence is a "must-see" destination and known for its well-preserved 13th and 14th-century city gates. You can take a beautiful walk through the old town, exploring historic monuments, shops, and numerous art galleries. The narrow streets are lined with excellent restaurants, many of which have received praise in various dining guides.
