The hall of the villa gives on the right hand access to the spacious living and open plan kitchen. On the left hand you enter the lounge area with a large LCD-TV. In the extension of the lounge area are the bedrooms. Through the central hallway you reach the bedroom on the first floor.

For the complete interior and finishing touch of the villa is chosen for luxury materials and fabrics.
Modern (kitchen) appliances and comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture make this villa a very pleasant place to stay.
The spacious open plan kitchen with XL dining table for 12, is also the sitting room with a comfy lounge area with LCD-TV.
The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances.
From the kitchen and living you enter the terrace through the sliding doors. Of course, wifi is not missing in the villa.

The main house - the Mas - comprises 5 luxuriously furnished bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the 1st floor above the central hall. Accessible by stairs from the central hall. Here is a double bed (160x200). If you walk through the TV room from the central hall you enter the hallway from where you have access to bedrooms 2, 3 and 4.

Bedroom 2 is a nice room for children with 3 single beds (3x90x200) with a modern en-suite bathroom (shower and sink). From this room you have a beautiful view over the hills of the Provence.
Bedroom 3, the master bedroom - across bedroom 2 -  is beautifully decorated in a red color scheme and has a luxury en-suite bathroom. The special canopy bed (160x200) completes the five-star experience.
The guests for bedroom 4 will also experience this feeling of luxury. This bedroom, also a master bedroom with double canopy bed and nice en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).
The 4 bedrooms in the Mas are air-conditioned.

Bedroom 5 is in the guest house. This is a cozy bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).
Here is also a double canopy bed (160x200).
This guest house is located in a part of the Mas with its own entrance.

Because the covered summer kitchen provides welcome shade, this place is actually the most important living area on hot summer days. The summer kitchen has a BBQ, a wood-fired pizza oven, a fridge, bar and a large dining table.

The Mas and pool are enhanced by a covered outdoor summer kitchen, dining and sitting area. With welcome shade from the hot sunshine and enjoying those broad views, this is the main living area throughout the summer months. The outdoor kitchen has a large bbq, a wood fired pizza oven, a fridge, bar area and a large dining table.

The Mas boasts its own beautiful swimming pool (13x5m) with a security cover which is easy to operate. The pool and terraces are all south facing and enjoy the sunshine from early morning to late in the evening.
Very nice is that the sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool are color-matched.

The garden is rustic and extends to around 6 acres. It is mainly traditional ancient stone terracing, with olive and fruit trees lower down and indigenous pine and cedar on higher ground. There is also a private competition size Boules or Pétanque pitch, along with 4 sets of boules. 

The village of Seillans, a 16th-century mountain village, is one of the 152 most beautiful villages in France (with the 'Plus Beaux Villages de France' seal of approval).

There are several restaurants in Seillans with cooling terraces under the plane trees. You can reach various charming villages within 10 minutes. Every day there is a Provencal market in the region. Fashionable places such as Nice, Cannes and Saint Tropez are within a 1-hour drive. Beaches of Fréjus, Saint Raphaël and Sainte Maxime are ca. 45 minutes away.
In the immediate vicinity are hiking and biking opportunities abound.

The pool is heated in the period of the May 1st until the 31st of October. 

It is nice to mention that all bathrooms have wonderful bath and shower products from the L’Occitane brand.
