The villa is cozy and comfortably furnished, with old beams providing an authentic atmosphere. In the living room adjacent to the kitchen on the ground floor, there are various comfortable furnishings around the fireplace with a wood stove. From the living room, there is a wide panoramic view through the large windows. There is Dutch TV (satellite reception via Canal Digital) with a DVD player and Apple TV, Netflix. For music enthusiasts, there is a piano available. There is also Starlink, super-fast Wi-Fi in and around the house.

Furthermore, a washing machine and dryer are available, and the entire house has electric heaters in each room, underfloor heating in the living room, a wood stove in the fireplace in the living room, and a wood stove in the dining kitchen. The cozy kitchen features a wood oven, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a small dining table. Additionally, there is air conditioning in the living room, the master bedroom, and the other two bedrooms.

The villa has 3-4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilets, as well as a separate toilet. Bedroom 1 is on the first floor and is the en-suite master bedroom with a double Hastens T-2000 bed (180x210). The second bathroom is also on this floor. Bedroom 2 is on the second floor and has twin beds (2x90x200). Bedroom 3 has a double box spring bed (180x200). This bedroom is separated from the stairs by a heavy curtain. On the third floor, in a former Provençal 'dovecote,' you will find the fourth bedroom. This dovecote has been converted into a children's bedroom with a futon (160x190), suitable for 2 children over the age of 8.

The master bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, double sink, and a separate toilet. The second bathroom for the other bedrooms has a sink, shower, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The house is situated on a plot of land covering 3.5 hectares, with a portion of it being a private forest area. It's a wonderful space for children to play or for taking leisurely walks. The garden is adorned with various fruit trees, olive trees, oleanders, and plenty of lavender. The terrace around the swimming pool is spacious and offers ample room for multiple sunbeds and tables with chairs. There is a pétanque (jeu-de-boules) court, and plenty of play areas for children, including a flat section of the garden. You'll find a lovely Weber gas BBQ and a patio heater under the pergola.

The swimming pool, measuring 18 x 6 meters, has depths ranging from 100 to 160 centimeters, and it can be enjoyed with romantic lighting in the evenings. There are several shaded seating areas around the house, including the pergola in front of the house. Under the pergola, you'll find an outdoor table with 8 chairs, providing shade throughout the day and a magnificent view. It's also an ideal spot to enjoy the stunning starry night sky. The terrace with sunshade cloths offers shade over a large lounge set, from which you can overlook the pool and the Esterel Mountains.

Behind the house, you'll find an air-to-water maker, the Hydraloop water recycling system, a second large fridge with a freezer, the washing machine and dryer, and a battery for storing solar energy.

Please note that the access road to the villa, approximately 1.5 kilometers long, is unpaved. The road requires you to adjust your driving speed (driving slowly) and is not suitable for low-rider cars.

Seillans is a 16th-century mountain village that is part of the 152 most beautiful villages in France. There are several excellent restaurants with terraces under the plane trees. Within a short drive, you can explore various charming villages, and there is a market happening somewhere almost every day.

Trendy places like Nice, Cannes, and St. Tropez are all within a 1-hour drive. The beaches of Frejus, Ste. Raphael, and Ste. Maxime are just 45 minutes away. The luxury golf course "Terre Blanche" is nearby, and there are numerous hiking opportunities in the immediate surroundings. The Lac de St. Cassien, where you can rent boats, is a 20-minute drive away, and you can go gliding just 10 minutes away in Fayence.

At Villa Cavaillon, it's possible to have the first groceries arranged by the caretaker, so you won't need to rush to the supermarket right after arrival. It's a state-of-the-art water and energy-efficient house, with solar panels and a large battery for solar energy storage. An air-to-water maker (Genaq), a water recycling system (Hydraloop), rainwater collection, and a large water reservoir (30,000 liters) ensure that water restrictions in the area won't apply. The water maker produces between 150-450 liters of drinking water per day. All the shower water in the house is collected by the Hydraloop water recycler, which purifies and disinfects the water. This recycled water is used to flush toilets and run the washing machine. By creating a buffer of water in the large reservoir through rainwater collection and the water maker during the winter, there is enough water available throughout the summer to refill the biological pool, which has been prohibited in this region since 2023 but can still be done this way. The house is also still connected to the water supply and the electricity grid as a backup.
