This holiday home is comfortably and invitingly furnished, with original wooden beams adding plenty of character and creating a warm, authentic atmosphere.

The living area next to the kitchen on the ground floor is arranged around the fireplace with wood-burning stove and offers a selection of comfortable seating. Large windows provide a lovely panoramic view from the living room. Entertainment facilities include Dutch satellite TV via Canal Digital, a DVD player, Apple TV and Netflix. Music lovers will also appreciate the piano. Thanks to Starlink, the villa offers very fast Wi-Fi both inside the house and in the immediate surroundings.

The villa is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Each room has electric heating, while the living room additionally benefits from underfloor heating. There is a wood-burning stove in the fireplace in the living room and another wood-burning stove in the kitchen-dining area.

The cosy kitchen is equipped with a wood-fired oven, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and a small dining table. Air conditioning is available in the living room, the master bedroom and the two other bedrooms.

The villa offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.

Bedroom 1, located on the first floor, features a Hästens T-2000 double bed (180 x 210 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, double washbasin and separate toilet.

Bedroom 2, located on the second floor, is furnished with twin beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Guests staying in this bedroom use a smaller bathroom on the first floor with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Bedroom 3, also located on the second floor, features a double box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). Please note that this room is semi-open and separated from the staircase by a heavy curtain. Due to its semi-open layout and the limited standing height in parts of the room, we feel it is best suited as a children’s bedroom. This bedroom also uses the smaller bathroom on the first floor with shower, washbasin and toilet.

The house is set on a generous 3.5-hectare plot, part of which consists of private woodland. It is a wonderful place for children to play, but equally lovely for a quiet walk around the grounds. Fruit trees, olive trees, oleanders and plenty of lavender give the garden a wonderfully Provençal feel.

The spacious terrace surrounding the pool offers plenty of room for several sun loungers as well as different seating and dining areas. For those who enjoy the relaxed French way of life, there is a private boules court. Children also have plenty of room to play, including a flat section of the garden. A high-quality Weber BBQ and a patio heater under the pergola are also available.

The natural swimming pool measures approximately 12 x 6 metres and has a depth ranging from 100 to 160 cm. The water is filtered naturally, without chlorine or other chemicals, making it pleasantly soft and gentle on the skin and eyes.

The pool is cleaned and maintained on a weekly basis. As it is a natural, living ecosystem, the colour of the water may vary from blue-green to green and it may not always be completely clear. A slightly green tint is perfectly normal for a natural pool and is not a sign of pollution. In the evening, the pool lighting creates a wonderfully atmospheric setting.

Under the pergola you will find a large outdoor dining table with 8 chairs. This is a lovely shaded spot throughout the day, with beautiful views, and in the evening it is the perfect place to enjoy the impressive starry sky. A second terrace with sun sails shades a spacious lounge area overlooking the swimming pool and the Esterel mountains. Around the house there are several other shaded seating areas, including the pergola at the front of the property.

Behind the house there is a technical room containing an air-to-water system, the Hydraloop water recycling system, a second large fridge with freezer compartment, a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a battery for storing solar energy.

Please note: the approximately 1.5 km access road to the villa is unpaved.* Guests are advised to drive slowly and carefully. The road is not suitable for low-clearance vehicles.

Seillans is a 16th-century mountain village that is part of the 152 most beautiful villages in France. There are several excellent restaurants with terraces under the plane trees. Within a short drive, you can explore various charming villages, and there is a market happening somewhere almost every day.

Trendy places like Nice, Cannes, and St. Tropez are all within a 1-hour drive. The beaches of Frejus, Ste. Raphael, and Ste. Maxime are just 45 minutes away. The luxury golf course "Terre Blanche" is nearby, and there are numerous hiking opportunities in the immediate surroundings. The Lac de St. Cassien, where you can rent boats, is a 20-minute drive away, and you can go gliding just 10 minutes away in Fayence.

At Villa Cavaillon, it's possible to have the first groceries arranged by the caretaker, so you won't need to rush to the supermarket right after arrival. Additionally, there are services available such as pedicure, manicure, beauty treatments, and massages right at the villa. It's a state-of-the-art water and energy-efficient house, with solar panels and a large battery for solar energy storage. An air-to-water maker (Genaq), a water recycling system (Hydraloop), rainwater collection, and a large water reservoir (30,000 liters) ensure that water restrictions in the area won't apply. The water maker produces between 150-450 liters of drinking water per day. All the shower water in the house is collected by the Hydraloop water recycler, which purifies and disinfects the water. This recycled water is used to flush toilets and run the washing machine. By creating a buffer of water in the large reservoir through rainwater collection and the water maker during the winter, there is enough water available throughout the summer to refill the biological pool, which has been prohibited in this region since 2023 but can still be done this way. The house is also still connected to the water supply and the electricity grid as a backup.
