La Malouesse

The villa as well as the guesthouse are  newly refurbished and decorated in white, soothing taupes and understated greys with splashes of colour. Floors are natural stone and turquoise shutters frame the windows. The entrance to the main house opens into the  spacious light and airy living room with large wood burner,  comfortable seating and french doors with access to the terrace with outdoor table and chairs and magnificent views. Satellite TV and internet (WiFi) is available. There is also a large dining table. The kitchen is very complete and decorated in a Provencal style. There is an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso and microwave. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning, except for the bergerie, the guest house.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are in the main house and 1 is in the guest house. Bedrooms number 1 and 2 are in the main house on the ground floor with magnificent views. One bedroom offers a double bed (165x210) The other offers 2 single beds (90 x 200). The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. In the sousterrain, one floor down, accessible via a staircase, is the 3rd bedroom. This bedroom consists of two parts. In the first part of the bedroom is a single bed (90x200) with a trundle. In the second part of the bedroom there is a double bed (200x220). Because you need to go through the first part of the bedroom to get into the second part of the bedroom this floor is ideal for, for example, a family with (young) children. On this level is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 4 is located in the seperate guest house close to the villa. The guest house is available on request at an additional charge (see pricelist). Bedroom 4 has a double bed (165x200). The guest house further includes a charming living room, a bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet. Furthermore, a kitchen with all necessary equipment.

The villa is located just 2,5 km from the center of the village. The grounds are very spacious, over 10.000 m2. In the beautifully designed garden you will find olive trees, cypress, fig trees, lavender and rosemary. From the numerous terraces, the garden and the pool you have a panoramic view over the hills and mountains and a small sea view. The Bergerie is not too far away from the main house and it represents a 100% Provencal atmosphere.

In the garden there are several places to sit and relax. On the covered terrace near the living room there is a dining table with 10 chairs. The pool (10x4 mtr) is approximately 15 meters away from the villa and can be heated against additional cost at your request. There is a new summer kitchen at the pool with a fridge and a an ice making machine. There are 8 (reclining) chairs. A barbecue (gas) is also available. There is enough space to park 5 cars. There also is a Jeu de Boules court and a table tennis table.

Seillans is a 16th century mountain village and belongs to the 152 most beautiful villages of France. There are several restaurants with perfect terraces under the plane trees. There are several charming Provencal villages that you can reach within 10 minutes from the villa. There is a Provencal market in one of these every day.

Nice and Cannes are reachable within an hour drive. The beaches of Frejus, St. Raphael and Sainte Maxime are approximately 45 minutes away. You can rent boats at the Lac de St. Cassien, which is a 20 minutes drive.
