The entrance on the ground floor opens up to the spacious living room and open kitchen with dining area. The open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped. The large living room is modern and comfortable with a large sofa around the fireplace. French doors will give you acces from the living or dining room to the terras. Internet is available. 

The villa has 4 large and luxurious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and are all air-conditioned. Each bedroom has a double bed (2x90x200) and an en-suite bathroom (with shower and toilet). The master bedroom has his own bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and a private terras that gives acces to the pool.

The villa is located on a spacious private ground. From the living and kitchen you have acces to the covered terrace and garden. From both sides of the villa there is a covered terrace. One of these terraces has a large dining table with 8 seats. In continuation of the pool is the pool house with summer kitchen with BBQ and fridge. Here is also a dining table with 8 seats.

The heated swimming pool (11,5 x 5,5 long and 0,90 to 1,80 meter deep) is equipped with a hard cover that operates electronically. Around the pool are 8 sun beds.

The village Seillans is a 16th-century village in the mountain that has been named as of the 152 most beautiful villages in France (labeled as 'Plus Beaux Villages de France). Seillans has several restaurants with in the summer months refreshing terraces under the plane trees. Within 10 minutes you can reach various charming villages. Every day there is somewhere a Provencal market. Fashionable places like Nice, Cannes and Saint Tropez are reachable within 1 hour. Beaches of Frejus, Saint Raphael and Sainte Maxime are 45 minutes away from the villa. There are many hiking trails in the surrounding area.
