Bedroom 1, located on the ground floor, is the master bedroom – or rather, a suite. It features a double bed (180x200), an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, double washbasin and WC, as well as a very attractive dressing area.

Each room can be controlled via the provided iPad, allowing you to adjust lighting and temperature with ease. One of the most distinctive features is the TV that slides up and down next to the fireplace. For an even better movie experience, head to the cinema room: a large screen and an exceptionally comfortable sofa ensure hours of film enjoyment.

The villa is set on a large private estate of over 6,000 m². Here you will enjoy complete peace and privacy, surrounded by woodland.

The outdoor living is truly impressive: a generous swimming pool, several comfortable garden furnishings including a stylish lounge set, and an attractive pool house with summer kitchen.

In the pool house you will find, in addition to a dining table, a BBQ, a Big Green Egg, running water and a refrigerator. The pizza oven will inspire young and old to bake delicious pizzas. In summer, this is likely to be the place where you will spend most of your time.

The pool is spacious (15 x 6 m) and located a short distance from the villa, bordered by a wide bed of Mediterranean plants on one side and a lawn on the other. Perfect for children to play safely and freely. The pool can be covered with a mechanical roller cover. Parasols and sun loungers by the pool are, of course, provided. There is also a pétanque court.

There is more than enough space to park cars in the carport at the rear of the villa.

The villa is very peacefully located in a wooded setting, close to the much-loved Provençal villages of Seillans and Fayence. Both are around a 10-minute drive away. Fayence is particularly popular for its lively and sizeable Provençal market.

The village of Seillans, which you can reach in about a five-minute walk, has a charming main square, Place du Thouron, with several restaurants, including the excellent “La Gloire de Mon Père”.

Lake Lac de Saint-Cassien is approximately a 20-minute drive from the villa. The distance to the coast is around 14 km (Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël). Cannes is about 30 km from Montauroux, and the beach at La Bocca is approximately 25 km away.

The surrounding countryside is also well worth exploring, with picturesque villages such as Mons, Bargemon and Callas. Throughout the summer months, there are markets on various days and plenty of local events, including village festivals, concerts and brocantes.

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the renowned Terre Blanche golf course (two 18-hole courses), located around 15 minutes away.

This is also a wonderful area for (experienced) cyclists. Whether you prefer road biking or mountain biking, the region offers fantastic routes.

Accessibility is excellent. From motorway exit 39, it is around 12 km to the property. Flying into Nice is also convenient (KLM, Transavia and SN Brussels), followed by an approximately 45-minute drive from the airport.
