Les Goudes

After entering the villa into the hall you will have the spacious living on your left and the fully-equipped kitchen on your right. The living boasts several comfortable seating elements like sofas ans chairs some of them set around the fireplace and satellite TV. A robust cove divides the living into two areas. This makes that there is ample space for everyone. From the living there is access to the first floor.

The modern and spacious kitchen is equipped with all comforts and desired kitchen appliances, including a large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and induction hob. The dining table in the kitchen sits 6 people. From the kitchen you have direct access to the terrace.

The villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From the living, via the staircase, you will reach the first floor. Here you will find bedroom 1 with a double bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).

The other 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet. Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90x190 )and a bathroom across the hall with bath and toilet. 

Both the living and the kitchen provide access to the L-shaped terrace which extends over the entire width of the villa. Here you find several lounge chairs to enjoy the view over the hills and the village, with a nice glass of rose.

From the kitchen you walk onto the covered terrace. Here is a dining table that sits 10 people. We really like this area with its summer kitchen with plancha and large BBQ. A very nice place to have lunch or enjoy a nice diner at the end of the day.

A few steps down and you are at the pool (10 x 5 m). The pool has "roman" steps so that you can gradually enter the water. Ideal to cool down during the hot summer days!

On the sun terrace you will find 6 sun loungers and a parasol. The location of the villa allows you to enjoy the sun all day. If desired there is ample shade. The villa boasts great views over the Provençal landscape.

The garden is spacious and spread over 3 levels. It offers children plenty of room to play. Also there is a ‘petanque’ terrain on the middle garden terrace under the shade of a huge oak tree, with a new wooden deck and pergola. Enjoy an evening game of this traditional French game with all the family!

There is ample parking space on the property.

The village of Seillans, a 16th century mountain village, is one of the most beautiful villages of France that have the label " Un des Plus Beaux Villages de France". There are several good restaurants with terraces under the plane trees and cafés. Every day there is a Provencal market somewhere. 

Sophisticated places like Nice, Cannes and Saint Tropez can be reached within a 1-hour drive. The Beaches in Fréjus, Saint Raphaël and Sainte Maxime are 45 minutes away. Water sports on Lac de Saint-Cassien 30 minutes. The Gorges du Verdon is about 1 hour away. In the immediate vicinity there are lots of possibilities to go hiking or cycling.

There are several golf courses nearby. The Golf Terre Blanche is about 10 minutes from the villa and the St. Endreol Golf Course is about 25 minutes away from the villa.
