Through the main entrance you will get into a spacious living room. There is a TV with satellite (including Dutch channels), and a DVD player available. Wireless internet is available in the house and on the terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped as a combi oven & microwave, induction cooker and dishwasher and a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, and refrigerator. From the living room and kitchen you have access to the terrace and pool.

From the living room with fireplace you have access to 3 bedrooms (1 with bathroom with bath) and 1 seperate bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks and a separate toilet. In addition, a separate bedroom with bathroom (toilet, bath, shower, 2 sinks) on the other side of the living room, from which you have direct access to the terrace and pool. All bathrooms are equipped with towel radiators and fully modernized in 2008.

The 3 bedrooms have double beds (200x200), and 1 bedroom has 2 beds (from 200x140), which is ideal for families with multiple children.
All rooms are equipped with mosquito screens and reversible aircos, for cooling and heating. In the villa is a locker available for you. In the highseason there is a minimum rental period of 2 weeks. With 1 week rental in highseason there will be a surcharge of €250, -.
