Through the main entrance you will get into a spacious living room. There is a TV with satellite (including international channels), and a DVD player available. High speed WIFI is available in the house and on the terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped as a combi oven & microwave, induction cooker and dishwasher and a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, and refrigerator. From the living room and kitchen you have access to the terrace and pool.

From the living room with fireplace you have access to 3 bedrooms (1 with bathroom with bath) and 1 seperate bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks and a separate toilet. In addition, a separate bedroom with bathroom (toilet, bath, shower, 2 sinks) on the other side of the living room, from which you have direct access to the terrace and pool. All bathrooms are equipped with towel radiators and fully modernized in 2008.

The 3 bedrooms have double beds (200x200), and 1 bedroom has 2 beds (from 200x140), which is ideal for families with multiple children.
All rooms are equipped with mosquito screens and reversible aircos, for cooling and heating. In the villa is a locker available for you.

The villa is situated on a hill and is on a private area of 2000m2. In the beautiful landscaped garden with automatic watering, you will find olive trees, palm trees, lavender and rosemary at various levels. From the terraces, you have a panoramic view over the hills and mountains and a breathtaking view over Seillans, which is lit romanticly in the evenings.

From the house you immediately walk through the terrace to the private pool of 10x4m. There is a Weber gas barbecue available. The house is completely fenced and only accessible through the automatic fence. Next to the house there is parking space for 4 cars.

Ideal for people who want privacy and yet want to be close to a typical Provencal village as Seillans (10 min walk) with nice restaurants, cafés and local markets.
The picturesque Fayance with his famous''Le Temps Des cerises''of chef Louis, is a 10 min drive.

beaches of Ste Maxime, Frejus and Cannes are at about 45 minutes driving distance. The Gorges du Verdon are 1 hour drive. In the immediate vicinity are hiking and biking opportunities abound. For golf you'll be on your tips served with Les Domaines de Saint Endréol, Royal Mougins Golf Club, Le Domaine du Château de Taulane and obviously Domaine De Terre Blanche of the famous Four Seasons Hotel 10 minutes drive Tour Ettes.

The heated pool is open from early May to late September. If you wish to use the pool outside this period, then a surcharge on the rent is applicable.
In the highseason there is a minimum rental period of 2 weeks. With 1 week rental in highseason there will be a surcharge of €300, -.
