The villa has a large comfortable lounge with a large fireplace, television, DVD player and radio / CD player. From the living room you have a wide view over the hills by the 5 french doors, which all disappear in the wall. Following on from the living room is the piano room. This space is called like this because of the presence of both the musically and visually stunning grand piano (Bechstein), which can be used by everyone with trained fingers.

On the other side of the living room is the modern American kitchen which is equipped with all comfort. A Nespresso coffee machine is present. From this side of the living room and kitchen you have access to the covered terrace with a wooden dining table and chairs.

The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are located on the first floor. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom has a double bed (2x90x200) and en-suit bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Bedroom 2 has two single beds (2x90x200) and ensuite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet. The beds can also be made up as a double bed. Bedroom 3 also offers two single beds (2x90x200) which can be made up as a double bed. The bathroom is located across the corridor and here you find a shower and sink. A separate guest toilet is available. On the ground floor is also a service area with freezer, washing machine and dryer. Internet is available.

From the charming village Seillans you have to go about 5 minutes trough the wooded hills to the large grounds (6,700 m2) with the recently built modern villa. The last part of the road is a private driveway where you can find sufficient space for parking several cars. The terrace of the villa is surrounded by grass. On the covered terrace you can sit in the sun and enjoy the view.

The swimming pool (approx. 12 X 4 meters) is heated standard and is equipped with 6 sunbeds. Given the location of the villa you can sit in the sun throughout the day, but also in the shade if you prefer. Please note that the area is not fenced and is the location may be less suitable for entrepreneurial young children. Look at the pictures to judge for yourselve whether it is suitable for your child.

The pool with a shutter can be covered to prevent that children can fall in the water unnoticed.

Maison des Aigles offers visitors an unique view of the Provencal landscape.

Most suitable for people who like a lot of privacy and who like to be in an area with typical Provencal mountain villages with charming restaurants, terraces and local markets. The beaches of Ste Maxime, Cannes and Frejus are an approximately 45 minutes drive. The Gorges du Verdon is a 1 hour drive. In the direct vicinity there are plenty of hiking and cycling possibilities. There are several golf courses within 10 km ( 2 x 18 holes, Golf Club Resort domain de Terre Blance – Four Seasons Hotel, Tourettes) and there are also several courses in the direct vicinity.

When you book this villa in low season from October to May there is an additional surcharge for pool heating.
