The villa is exceptionally spacious and offers a large living area on the ground floor with an XL sofa and a matching TV. At the center of the living room is a dining table for 10 people, offering a stunning view of the pool, which seamlessly extends into the rolling Provençal hills. The open kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with modern appliances, including two fridge-freezer combinations, a juicer, an induction cooktop, a luxury coffee machine, and a combination oven. Here, you will find everything you need to cook and dine in complete comfort.

On the lower floor, there is an air-conditioned fitness room with a variety of exercise equipment for a complete workout. The villa also features high-speed fiber optic internet, ensuring a seamless connection at all times.

There are 4 bedrooms in total: one on the ground floor, two on the first floor, and one in a separate apartment (also on the ground floor). All bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature a modern en-suite bathroom. Each room is also equipped with a TV.

On the ground floor, bedroom 1 is a spacious suite with a king-size bed (200 x 200), an en-suite bathroom, and a dressing area.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located next to each other on the first floor. Both have access to a spacious balcony, offering a breathtaking 180-degree view of the Mediterranean Sea. These rooms are similar in layout, with bedroom two featuring a king-size bed (180 x 200) and bedroom three a slightly smaller double bed (160 x 200). The en-suite bathroom in bedroom two is more spacious as it includes a bathtub, while both bathrooms feature a walk-in shower and a toilet.

Bedroom 4is located in a separate studio/apartment, accessible only from the outside. This apartment is spacious and includes a king-size bed (180 x 200), a well-equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine. The apartment also has a private terrace with a dining table.

Every room is equipped with a TV, not just the living room and kitchen, but also each bedroom and even the gym.

The covered terrace is directly accessible from both the kitchen and the living area. Here, a spacious dining table for 10 people invites you to enjoy long, cozy dinners. The view is simply spectacular – a panoramic setting that makes you feel as if you are on the rooftop of Provence.

The garden is beautifully maintained, mostly flat, and wonderfully spacious. There is plenty of room for children to play. Additionally, you will find a charming olive grove and a delightful pétanque court. In the evening, the garden is beautifully illuminated, creating a warm and relaxing ambiance.

The villa also features a fun pickleball court. It's a kind of mini tennis court that is fully fenced and lit in the evenings.

The impressive heated swimming pool (16 x 6 meters) is a true eye-catcher, equipped with 10 comfortable sun loungers and 4 parasols. For added safety and convenience, the pool can be covered with a rolling shutter. Thanks to the villa’s optimal location, you can enjoy the sun all day long, while also having plenty of shaded areas for those who prefer a cooler spot.

Villa Terrisole offers its guests a breathtaking view over the Provençal landscape, with the shimmering Mediterranean Sea visible in the distance. Additionally, there is ample parking space for multiple cars.

Villa Terrisole is the perfect choice if you are looking for privacy and an idyllic setting amidst charming Provençal mountain villages with cozy restaurants, inviting terraces, and authentic weekly markets. The last 500 meters to the villa are on an unpaved road.

From the villa, you can reach the picturesque village of Seillans in just five minutes, driving through the forested hills. Here, you can enjoy excellent dining options and an authentic Provençal atmosphere.

The beaches of Sainte-Maxime, Cannes, and Fréjus are approximately about an hour's drive away, while the breathtaking Gorges du Verdon can be reached in about one and a half hours.

The surrounding area offers numerous hiking and cycling trails. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the nearby courses, including the prestigious Golf Club Resort Domaine de Terre Blanche in Tourrettes, featuring two 18-hole courses just 10 kilometers away.
