As the owner gives us a tour of the house you can tell that he takes pride in the building techniques and choice of materials used to create this luxury hide out. Among others the double glazing hence the silence. The interior is very well thought through with white being the dominant colour. Very much inspired on the work of the Dutch architect Piet Boon.

Whilst enjoying a glass of rose the owner tells us off all the nice quality in the villa. From the Sonos audio system to the semi professional BBQ outside. From the  carpenter made built-in wardrobes to the beautiful white shutters on every window. Airconditioning. WiFi, HD TV it is all there.  The spacious first floor area consist of a semi open kitchen, a dining area and the living. The living room is airy and light and furnished with luxury designer furniture. The modern all white kitchen is very well equipped. Both the kitchen and the living room offer - through French doors - access to the sunny terrace. The terrace offers over the Provencal fields and hills.

There are two bedrooms in the villa. Bedroom 1 is the spacious master bedroom with a beautifull ensuite bathroom. Situated on the ground floor (level living). The bed is king size (190x220). Also with a comfortable seating area and LCD TV in the room. The modern bathroom is both luxurious and spacious. (walk in rain shower, toilet and bath). The master bedroom also offers access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 - only accessible via a separate entrance, outside - is located one floor lower. It is a luxurious bedroom with double bed (190x220) with luxurious and modern en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). There is a surcharge for renting the second bedroom (see price list). Without this second bedroom the villa is suitable for 2 persons. 

An attractive layout for two couples who want to go on holiday together while maintaining privacy. 

On the lower floor, besides the washing machine and dryer, there is also a large freezer and ice cube machine available. 

The villa is located in a private area of 3.4 hectares. The villa is all about relaxation and privacy. The villa is set amidst a well-kept and extensive garden with 24 olive trees, Pins Parasol, cypress trees and borders of lavender and rosemary. Outdoor lighting offers a romantic atmosphere in the evening. Around the villa are several seating areas. There is also a covered terrace with a large dining table and a large gas BBQ. The villa has ample parking, a.o. a carport.

The XL private pool is something special. It is equipped with a saltwater system and offers XL style swimming (17 x 6.5 m.).  The pool can also be lit during the evening. 

It was love at first sight says the owner. "From the moment we pulled into the driveway we got a feeling that this would be the house that we were looking for". 

Within walking distance you reach the village of Saint Antonin du Var with a bakery, a supermarket (open 7 days a week) and various restaurants.

The picturesque village of Lorgues is located approximately 5 kilometers away from the villa. The largest weekly market in the region takes place here on Tuesdays. Also try eating truffles at Restaurant Bruno!

Special trips are day trips to the Gorges de Verdon and the beautiful Lac de Ste Croix. The immediate area invites you for walking or mountain biking. You can go wild water canoeing on the Argens and there are also nice places to picnic. The coast with Sainte Maxime or St. Raphaël / Fréjus can be reached within 45 minutes by car.

At this villa it is possible to arrive or depart outside the high season on days other than Saturday.

Option 2nd Bedroom

The option to rent the 2nd bedroom or not (see also price list) applies only to bookings outside the high season. A reservation in July and August always includes the studio. The price indicated for the high season includes the studio.

If you are traveling with more than 3 people outside the high season, the 2nd bedroom will be automatically added with a surcharge. If you are traveling with fewer than 3 people but still wish to book the 2nd bedroom, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact our service desk for prices and availability.
