This new villa has been built in Provencal style with 280m² of living area. Space, comfort, serenity and privacy are absolutely guaranteed at this property; all the ingredients for a perfect, relaxing holiday. There is a TV with Apple TV present, please note that there are no separate English TV channels available. You can make use of WiFi.

The main building consists of a large living area with 2 sofas and an open hearth, a dining area with a large table for 8 people and an open-plan, luxury kitchen with electric cooking plates, oven, fridge and dishwasher, and another smaller table with 4 chairs. There is a large utility room with washing machine. From the living room you have access to a large, covered terrace with a large teak dining table with 14 chairs, the perfect setting to enjoy dining outside with a beautiful view of Luberon.

There is a total of 5 bedrooms. Four bedrooms in the villa and one bedroom in the seperate studio. 
Upstairs are two large bedrooms, a large bathroom with bath, shower and sink and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms have king size beds. The front bedroom has a view of the Luberon Mountains. It is possible to place an extra king size bed in the back room to make space for 4 people to sleep. 

On the left side of the main building are two completely separate bedrooms, both with king size beds, own bathrooms with shower and sink and a separate toilet. These bedrooms are next to one another, and are accessible via sliding doors from the terrace.

On the right hand side, completely separated from the main building is the studio. This consists of a bedroom with a king size bed and sliding doors onto the garden, bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. There is also a living room with dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooking plates, oven, fridge and dishwasher. There is a sofa bed in the living room, making it possible for 4 people to sleep in the studio.

The two separate bedrooms in the main building and the separate studio mean that Mani Perreal offers the possibility for guests to share a holiday villa and at the same time enjoy their own privacy. In the low and middle season electricity costs are not included in the hire. Linen and towels included in rental price.

The large, 5700m² grounds are completely fenced in and entry is via electronic gates. There is a drive lined with olive trees and plenty of room for parking. The 60m² swimming pool enjoys sun all day long and has fabulous views onto the Luberon Mountains. By the swimming pool are 8 luxurious, Balinese sun loungers and an open pool house, so that you can enjoy the sun, serenity and beautiful surroundings in the height of comfort. There is an electronic covering for the pool so that it can be shut off for child safety. The pool is heated with solar energy.

There is a charging facility for electric cars. This is not a fast charger and is therefore better suited for hybrid vehicles.

St. Saturnin les Apt is a charming Provençal village tucked away behind its large rock, sheltering from the mistral wind. It is a delightful village proud of its castle ruins of the Lords of Agoult. With typical facades, ornate balconies, and centuries-old archways, the village exudes charm. It is just a 5-minute drive away and offers essential shops. The surrounding area is home to many beautiful villages, such as Roussillon, Gordes, Bonnieux, Villars, and Lourmarin. In the Luberon Nature Park, you can enjoy fantastic hiking and cycling.

Studoio option

The option to rent the studio or not (see price list) applies only to bookings outside the high season. A reservation in July and August always includes the studio. The listed high-season price includes the studio.

When traveling outside the high season with more than 10 people, the studio is automatically added with an additional charge. If you are traveling with fewer than 10 people but still wish to book the studio, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact our service desk for prices and availability.

A surcharge per pet is applied for bringing pets. Please refer to the price list for details.

Enjoys dining at L'Estrade in St. Saturnin-lès-Apt, a cozy little restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine. For lunch, they also like to visit Domaine des Andéols, where you can enjoy a delightful meal under the plane tree at midday. In the village of Gargas, they love visiting the beautiful estate La Coquillade, which houses three restaurants. Another recommendation is the Auberge Des Carrières in the village of Taillades. This restaurant offers a fine, delicious cuisine and is run by a Belgian couple.
