This spacious Bastide consists of 3 floors with 575 m2 of living space. It is luxuriously furnished with traditional Provençal elements such as wooden stucco ceilings and beautiful cool stone floors.

On the ground floor of the Bastide, you will find a generous living room with two comfortable linen sofas and armchairs, a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, American fridge/freezer, large oven, microwave, stone countertop, 3 sinks, and a large old wooden dining table with Provençal chairs. The kitchen opens to 2 dining rooms with two large dining tables. You can see this in the photos as well.

The Bastide boasts 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed of 160x200 with an adjoining bathroom.

Spread over the 1st and 2nd floors, there are 7 bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and of equal high quality. Of the bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors, 4 rooms have a double bed of 200x200, and 3 rooms have a double bed of 160x200. 7 bedrooms have their own bathroom.

We particularly like the large family room of 120m2 on the 2nd floor. Here you will find a TV lounge, a playroom with table football, board games, and a sitting area/sleeping area for children.

The Bastide also offers a sport & gym room; 60 m2 including a bathroom and WC, with a very nice country side view with 2 x 3 m glass doors.

Approaching the Bastide via the long straight driveway, you'll feel for a moment like you're in a scene from Cyrano de Bergerac, before passing underneath the entrance gate onto the inner courtyard.

The property covers 10 hectares, almost completely flat, and offers plenty of space for everyone. It's a true children's paradise. All of this is located just 2 km from the charming Provençal village of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt.

Inside the inner courtyard, you'll find a summer lounge area right in front of the Bastide, equipped with a plancha and a large dining table. The heated pool is generously sized at 10 x 10 meters and comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas are provided.

A 70 m2 pergola offers the shade you desire. Additionally, the pool area features a large garden set, a 3-meter teak dining table, and a gas barbecue. You also have access to an outdoor kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher. For those seeking more active entertainment, there's a table tennis table and a pétanque (jeu de boules) court near the Provençal fountain.

Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt is a charming Provençal village nestled around a large rock. It is a picturesque village proud of its castle ruins of the Lords of Agoult. Typical facades with graceful balconies and centuries-old porches adorn the village. The village is a 5-minute drive from the Bastide, and here you will find shops for your primary shopping.

In the immediate vicinity, there are many beautiful villages to explore. You can visit places like Roussillon, Gordes, Bonnieux, Villars, or Lourmarin. In the natural park of the Luberon, you can enjoy excellent hiking and cycling opportunities. The question is, of course, whether you will even want to leave this delightful country house once you arrive and relax by the pool.
