Les Boyers

Upon entering the villa through the front door, you step directly into the charming and welcoming living room. The home is spread over two floors. You’ll park your car on the entrance level, which also houses the living area, kitchen, and four of the bedrooms. When viewed from the pool, this corresponds to the upper floor.

The living room is tastefully and comfortably furnished with a cozy seating area around a fireplace, a large dining table for eight, and a generous LCD TV with Dutch and Belgian channels. Naturally, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

French doors open from the living room onto a spacious veranda, where several inviting seating areas have been arranged. There’s an outdoor fireplace and a large dining table, offering sweeping views of the pool and the surrounding Provençal hills. A small step leads from the sitting area up to the dining area and kitchen.

The modern open-plan kitchen has been recently renovated and is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a 'Lacanche' stove with both electric and gas ovens, a plancha, two refrigerators, a wine cooler, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, and a milk frother.

In total, the villa offers six bedrooms and two bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms are located on the living level and are all equipped with air conditioning—just like the living room.

- Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 each feature a double boxspring bed (160x200). Bedrooms 1 and 2 have direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool.

- Bedroom 4 is designed for children and has two single boxspring beds (2x90x200).

This level also includes a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. In addition, two of the bedrooms have their own washbasin.

On the lower (garden) level, you’ll find two more bedrooms:

- Bedroom 5 is a modestly furnished room with a double boxspring bed (160x200).

- Bedroom 6 is another children’s room, also featuring two single boxspring beds (2x90x200).

The bathroom on this floor is spacious and luxuriously appointed with a walk-in shower, bathtub, washbasin, and toilet. French doors open directly onto the terrace.

Please note: While the villa includes six bedrooms, it is rented to a maximum of 10 guests (including up to 8 adults and 2 young children).

This holiday home is set on a generous private estate of 5,000 m². The combination of the gently sloping terrain, large swimming pool, and mature trees makes the outdoor area a true paradise for children. A trampoline and table tennis table add even more fun to the mix.

From the living room, French doors open onto a spacious, mostly covered terrace on the upper level. Here, you'll find comfortable lounge seating, a large dining table, and a barbecue. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in peace or linger over dinner while watching the sun set. The layout of the outdoor spaces offers both sunny and shaded areas, allowing you to unwind just the way you like.

The swimming pool (10 x 4 m) is easily accessed via a wide, gentle staircase. Surrounding it is a generous sun terrace, complete with comfortable loungers and parasols. Adjacent to the pool is a stylish pool house with an outdoor kitchen, bar, and lounge sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an infrared BBQ, and a plancha grill.

The main terrace—on the same level as the living area—can be fully enclosed, making it a reassuringly safe space for families with young children.

There is ample parking available on the expansive 5,000 m² grounds.

Lorgues is a very popular destination and a quintessential Provençal market town, with a medieval center surrounded by beautiful scenery featuring pine and oak forests, olive groves, and vineyards. The weekly Provençal market is the largest in the region and a definite must-visit.

From the villa, you can explore several picturesque villages such as Salernes, Flayosc, Entrecasteaux, Cotignac, Tourtour, and Aups—each with charming streets, fountains, medieval houses, lovely restaurants, cafés, and traditional markets.

Wine lovers will enjoy the many châteaux and wineries in the area. One of the most renowned is Château de Berne, an absolute must during your stay. 

The region also offers excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling, and tennis. For adventure seekers, there's white-water canoeing on the Argens River, or you can enjoy a refreshing swim beneath the waterfalls of Sillans-la-Cascade. Within a 30-minute drive, you’ll find two beautiful golf courses: Barbaroux and St. Endréol.

Other worthwhile visits include Abbaye du Thoronet near Le Thoronet and the Château of Entrecasteaux. About 45 km to the north lies the breathtaking Gorges du Verdon, while the same distance to the south brings you to the Mediterranean coast at Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez.
