You enter the charming living room on the ground floor, with the spacious kitchen-diner on the right and - to the left, extending from the living area - access to the terrace and swimming pool.

The living room harmoniously combines authentic wooden beams, white plastered walls, and contemporary furnishings, with a beautiful fireplace as its focal point. High-speed fiber internet is available. From the living room, French doors open onto the adjoining terrace with a large dining table, gas barbecue, and comfortable lounge set.

The dining table is generously sized and can seat up to eight people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, convection oven, induction hob, and microwave. A charming old Provençal wooden table with four chairs adds extra character to the space.

The villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor, accessible via the staircase from the living room. It has a double bed (2 x90x200). Bedroom 1 shares a bathroom (with shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet) with Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2 is also located on the first floor, on the opposite side of the shared bathroom. It has a double bed (180x200). This spacious bedroom offers access to a small terrace on the side of the house. Bedroom 2 shares a bathroom (with shower, bathtub, and sink) with Bedroom 1.

Bedroom 3 is located on the top floor. This bedroom offers two single beds (90x200) and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

From the living room, French doors open onto the spacious terrace, featuring a comfortable lounge set, a large dining table, and a barbecue.

Adjoining the terrace, and slightly elevated, is the swimming pool measuring 11 x 4 metres. The pool can be heated and is equipped with a hardcover.

There are six sun loungers and there is one big parasol available. From the pool, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the village of Tourrettes – a charming, elevated hilltop village, perfect if you wish to escape the summer heat.

On the kitchen side of the house, there is a second terrace, which is particularly pleasant in high summer as it is completely shaded.

As mentioned, within just a few minutes you can walk to the heart of the village of Tourrettes – a historic village located in the Pays de Fayence, a chain of five hilltop villages. The charming village of Fayence can also be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It’s an ideal location for those who enjoy walking to the bakery or visiting a local market.

Situated in the hinterland of the French Riviera, the villa is within easy reach of the coast and the vibrant life of the Côte d’Azur. Cannes is only a 35-minute drive away, and the cosmopolitan city of Nice can be reached in just 40 minutes.

Day trips are easily made to Aix-en-Provence, the Luberon, the Gorges du Verdon, and of course Saint-Tropez. Lake St. Cassien offers excellent opportunities for various water sports such as rowing, pedal boating, swimming, canoeing, and fishing. In the authentic French villages nearby, you’ll find museums, art studios, and lively local markets.

For enthusiasts, there are frequent brocante and antique markets. Golf lovers will appreciate the exclusive Terre Blanche Golf Course (2×18 holes), located just a short distance from the villa.
