Three storey Provençal country house with its living area on the first floor. The villa is fully equipped with air-conditioning. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with a spacious sitting area and flat screen TV. Adjacent to the kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, 1 separate freezer and dishwasher) is a large terrrace with an XL dining table and summer/outdoor kitchen. A spacious dining room located on the first floor has a large dining table (8 up to 12 persons), a flat-screen TV and a piano. 

There are 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms divided over 2 floors. The ground floor boasts 5 bedrooms of which 3 are double and 5 bathrooms of which 4 are en-suite. Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer a queen size bed (160x200). Both bedrooms have their own kitchenettes and en-suite bathrooms (1x with shower and w.c. and 1x with a "jacuzzi" bath, shower and w.c.).

Also on the ground floor is bedroom 3 the double bedroom (140x190) has an en-suite bathroom (shower and w.c). Bedroom 4 is the twin bedroom (2x80x200) also offers an en-suite (shower and w.c.) and single bedroom 5 uses the separate bathroom with shower and w.c. on the same floor. There is also a separate kitchen on this floor (fridge, oven, microwave and a hob). 

On the second (top) floor there are 2 spacious double bedrooms (6 and 7) each with a double bed (160x200) and each with an en-suite bathroom (private shower and w.c.)

When booking the villa in spring or autumn rooms 3,4 and 5 will be closed off but can be booked additionally. 

The villa is located on the outskirts of the villages of Fayence and is surrounded by a large area of private land. 

The villa offers a large covered terrace on both sides of the living and kitchen area. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a second outdoor/ summer kitchen. Here is also a XL dining table, ideal for a lovely dinner with the whole family. The terrace offers a nice view over the forest.

The pool (10 x 5 m) is surrounded by a large terrace with many sun-beds and chairs (16 in total) to enjoy the sun. The pool is provided with a hardcover for the pool and can be heated for a surcharge upon request.

The newly installed pétanque court guarantees hours of fun. Right next to the court, a large table with benches invites you to sit together, watch the game, and cheer each other on.

The property offers ample parking space. Fun for the kids is the table tennis table, table footbal, garden games and swing at the back of the villa.

The villa is ideally located for mountain biking and road cycling with kilometers of tracks and trails to explore. The nearby Lac de Saint Cassien (10 minutes drive) offers many activities such as boat hire, canoeing, swimming, and fishing.

The village of Fayence is only a half hour drive from the cosmopolitan city of Cannes on the Cote d'Azur. The airport of Nice is around at 50 minutes away. The famous and luxurious Terre Blanche Golf Club and Spa (voted France's leading resort 2019) is 5 minutes drive away.

The beautiful lavender fields and grottoes of Provence are also within easy reach.

The villa is within 10 minutes drive of the picturesque towns of Fayence, Tourrettes, Callian, Montauroux, and Saint Paul en Foret. Fayence is a popular village known for its Provençal markets (3 times a week) and it's shops and fine restaurants.

The rental prices presented outside the high season (July and August) are based on an occupancy of 8 adults (rooms 3,4 and 5 will be closed). Larger groups are of course also very welcome. A surcharge will be applied for the use of all bedrooms outside the high season. The surcharge extra rooms & persons is shown in the price enquiry before you finalise your booking.
