From a small country road ( called “ Calade” in French), you access the villa through a private gate and an alley bordered by lavenders and olives trees. The secluded garden of 6.750 m2 is built on characteristic stone walled terraces called "Restanques", and planted with olive trees. Both the entrance gate and all shutters have been completely renewed, providing the house with a fresh appearance.

The villa has multiple terraces, known as 'Restanques'. This allows you to enjoy the sun or shade at any time of the day. The terrace is covered along the front side of the Bastide by a pergola and by a glycine that creates shade over a sitting area with a large dining table. The perfect place to enjoy lunch, aperitif, dinner and access to a large BBQ set. The westward facing terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a glass of rosé wine and an amazing view over the surrounding villages.

From the terrace you walk down to the heated overflow pool (5x11m). This is the central place of the garden. The terrace has been extended recently and has tripled in size, which is not yet visible on the photos.

The garden can be illuminated in the evening which creates a nice atmosphere. You also have a beautiful view of the glider airfield and behind it one of the most beautiful golf courses in Southern Europe "Terre Blanche". Terre Blanche has up to two 18-hole courses. Enjoy a game of “Jeu de Boules” at the villa. Football goals are also available. A large parking area and a shaded carport can accommodate 3-4 cars.

The villa lies at the top of a hill and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the area, ranging from mountains, historic villages and castles, down to Saint-Raphael on the coast on a clear day. There are several walking and cycling path options in the forests surrounding the villa.
