Bergerie Roseline

The charming Bergerie Roseline offers a comfortable living area of 140 m². At the heart of the house is the modern kitchen, located on the first floor. Fully equipped with every modern convenience, the kitchen provides direct access to both the covered terrace and the inviting living room.

The living room is tastefully furnished with comfortable modern seating, including a cosy sitting area around the wood-burning stove. A large picture window frames wide, uninterrupted views over the Provençal landscape, bringing the beauty of the surroundings right into the home. The space is elegantly styled and equipped with a television and, of course, WiFi.

From the kitchen, you step out onto the covered terrace, where a large dining table with eight chairs awaits. This is the ideal place for leisurely lunches and long summer evenings dining outdoors. A high-quality plancha is also available for relaxed and enjoyable barbecue evenings.

The villa offers a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, one on the mezzanine, and one on the living room level.

Bedroom 1, on the ground floor, is a charming bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200). Guests in this room use a smaller bathroom located in the hallway, equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet.

Bedroom 2, located on the mezzanine, is the master bedroom. It features a double bed (180 x 200). The spacious bathroom directly next to this bedroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. French doors open onto a private balcony with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. This bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning.

Bedroom 3, on the living room level, offers a double bed (2 x 90 x 200). Guests staying in this room can use either bathroom 1 or bathroom 2.

The villa is set on a generous 6,500 m² plot, arranged over several terraces and a wooded area, creating a peaceful and private setting. Across the various terraces, both sunny and shaded, you will find inviting dining areas and comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing at any time of day.

A particular highlight is the beautiful covered terrace on the kitchen and living room level. Fully sheltered, this terrace features a dining table as well as a comfortable lounge set. From here, you can enjoy the sunny position and lovely open views over the Provençal hills.

The private swimming pool (9 x 4 m, maximum depth 1.60 m) is located one level below, at the entrance level. Here too, you can enjoy not only beautiful views but also complete privacy. The pool is equipped with a pool alarm for added safety. Surrounding the pool is a sun terrace with comfortable loungers, while a pergola provides welcome shade on warm days. Good to know: access to the pool area can be closed off by a gate.

Tourtour is one of the official Plus Beaux Villages de France and is often referred to as the “village in the sky of Provence”. With its charming square, narrow lanes, shaded terraces and inviting restaurants, it is a wonderful place to soak up the authentic atmosphere of inland Provence. Ideally located between the Côte d’Azur and the Gorges du Verdon, Tourtour is also an excellent base for exploring this beautiful part of the Haut-Var.

The villa borders a vast forest area, ideal for walks and mountain bike rides straight from the house. For a scenic day out, Lac de Sainte-Croix and the spectacular Gorges du Verdon are within easy reach, offering excellent opportunities for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking and enjoying some of Provence’s most impressive natural scenery.

Besides charming Tourtour itself, this part of Provence offers a wonderful variety of picturesque villages and small towns to explore. Nearby Villecroze is known for its caves, waterfall and shaded park, while Salernes is loved for its lively Provençal centre, fountains and ceramic tradition. Aups, famous as the truffle capital of the Var, is another lovely destination, and for a longer day trip, beautiful Moustiers-Sainte-Marie at the gateway to the Gorges du Verdon is highly recommended.

The village of Tourtour is just 1.6 km away. Please note, however, that this route is not suitable for walking, so we recommend going by car.
