This stunning countryside villa is equipped with anything you need for a comfortable stay. Modern interior architecture combined with traditional construction. The result? Thick stone walls, high ceilings combined with tall steel windows, sleek floors, 100% air-conditioning, modern kitchen, and fiber optic internet. The interior is an attractive mix of warm Ibiza chic and sleek Scandinavian modern design.

The living room offers a very comfortable seating area, and extending from the living room is the modern luxury open kitchen where you will find the XL dining table. All beautiful, but you'll probably spend most of your time at the XL dining table on the covered terrace. We consider it the heart of this villa.

The modern kitchen itself has all amenities such as 4 burners, microwave, oven/grill, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms, all with luxurious en-suite bathrooms with W.C. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and located on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms can only be accessed via a separate entrance.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and separate W.C. The bathroom that is connected to bedroom 2 also has a bathtub.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are sort of family rooms, each offering 3 sleeping places; a double bed (180x200) and a single bed (90x200). Bathrooms 3 and 4 are en-suite (shower and separate W.C.).

Bedroom 5 is a self-contained space with its own entrance. Here too, there is room for 3 guests; a double bed (180x200) and a single bed (90x200). The bathroom is en-suite (shower and separate W.C.).

The garden has also been beautifully designed, featuring various olive trees. We are particularly impressed by the so-called swim spa. Fully lockable with a wooden sliding mechanism, this is an XL jacuzzi with seating and space for swimming. The sun loungers and umbrellas on the terrace complete the spa vibe.

At 70 meters from the main house, there is a second pool; it is round and measures approximately 10 meters in diameter. Tall pine parasols provide shade on the terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. xxxFor us, the covered terrace with the XL dining table (next to the barbecue) is the epicenter of this villa. Covered and cozily lit, this is the place for long lunches and sultry dinners.
