The spacious living room is tastefully decorated and has a sitting area around the fireplace. TV, DVD and CD player, and WIFI are available. From the living room you walk to the covered terrace where is a dining table with 8 chairs and a beautiful gas barbeque. The open kitchen with pantry has a large 5 burner stove, oven and microwave and two refrigerators. Thanks to the water softener, the tap water contains less lime, which is beneficial for the taste and makes the water softer when washing your clothes.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed (180x200) has an en-suite bathroom (detached bath, double shower, double washbasin, bidet and W.C.) and a spacious private balcony with sun protection. The other 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160x200) and in bedroom 3 there are two single beds (2x90x200). Both bedrooms have a simple en-suite bathroom (WC, bidet, sink and shower). For both bedrooms, double doors provide access to the balcony, equipped with awning, with a spectacular view.

The 4th bedroom is a children's bedroom (this because of the lower ceiling, being a sloping roof) has two single beds (90x200). The children's bedroom has a mobile air conditioning.

The stone terrace is oriented to the south and offers a panoramic view over the Provençal hills. The terrace is very spacious and equipped with a nice lounge set. Under the covered area near the kitchen is an outdoor dining table.

The private pool (10 x 5 m) is heated. There is pool lighting, which adds to the ambiance, especially in the evening. The pool can be covered with a fully automatic roll-up cover controlled by remote. This offers the highest level of safety for children. An outdoor shower is also available.

At this villa the pool water is kept clear and clean via a so-called electrolysis pump. This means that the water feels slightly salty. On the side of the house is a boules court. Below in the garden are two swings, the entrance can be closed with a fence. 

The garden and grounds are equipped with outdoor lighting. There is ample parking on site. The villa is a 10-minute walk from the TourTour village. You will find a bakery and a supermarket for daily groceries.

The villa is next to a very large forest area, ideal for long and short walks and mountain biking. For swimming and sailing is not only the coast nearby, but also the big lake, Lac de St Croix. Tourtour is a charming little artists' village with great terraces and restaurants.
