The living area is generously laid out in an L-shape and stylishly furnished with contemporary luxury pieces. You'll find a comfortable seating area and a design XL dining table for cozy and stylish dinners.

At the heart of the L lies the spacious open-plan kitchen – an architectural highlight. Think high ceilings, custom-built cabinets, and a sleekly designed kitchen island. The large dining table seats ten people, making it the perfect spot for long evenings in good company. Thanks to the tall windows and sliding doors, the interior and exterior blend seamlessly. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a double fridge, a combi oven, and a Nespresso machine.

In the short side of the L, you'll find a cozy TV corner. A comfortable sofa and a designer armchair are strategically placed in front of the large window – the perfect place to relax and take in the stunning views.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all on one level and air-conditioned.

Bedroom 1, features a double bed (180x200) and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower in the bath bath, sink, and toilet. This room has access to the patio garden of the villa.

Bedroom 2, has two single beds (2x90x200) arranged as a double bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and sink. This room opens onto the garden on the pool side.

Bedroom 3, is also furnished with two single beds (2x90x200), made up as a double bed, and includes a private bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. This room also opens onto the garden on the pool side.

Bedroom 4, is the spacious family room, featuring a custom-made luxury bunk bed suitable for 4 people. Each bed measures 90x200. With its own bathroom (shower and sink), this is the ideal room for children.

Bedroom 5 is currently being built on the pool level, one floor below the other bedrooms. It features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet on this level.

The adjoining studio is equipped with a kitchenette, a TV corner and a foosball table. Both the bedroom and the studio can be accessed via the pool terrace. Bedroom 5 can be booked as an optional add-on; a surcharge applies. The photoshoot for this studio is scheduled for the spring.

The villa is an architectural masterpiece: modern, thoughtful, and with a refined sense of style. Inside and outside flow seamlessly into each other, partly thanks to generous sliding doors that connect the bright open-plan kitchen with the covered terrace. On this terrace stands a large, beautiful dining table, ideal for long summer evenings with family or friends. The barbecue and pizza oven complete the outdoor living experience. And the view? Truly breathtaking – perhaps the finest in our entire portfolio.

On the expansive grounds, several terraces have been created, both in sun and shade. There is always a comfortable spot to relax. One of our favorite places is the covered terrace directly adjacent to the kitchen, with a dining table for six. Here, you can start the day with a fresh cup of coffee and a view that never gets boring.

The villa is a feast for the eyes. The warm beige of the facades, the deep green of the Mediterranean garden, the orange accents of the sun loungers, and the bright blue pool create a harmonious play of colors. In the background, the horizon sparkles above the horizon.

The private pool (13 x 4 m) lies slightly below the main terrace and is stylishly embedded in an architecturally designed sun terrace with luxurious loungers and a parasol. The pool is heated, with a depth 1.50 m and has an outdoor shower. Thanks to its southern location, you can enjoy the sun here all day long.

The garden is landscaped with care and taste, offering complete privacy. On the vast grounds of no less than 6,000 m², you will find an olive grove, a woodland, manicured borders, and a playfield (with swings and a volleyball net). Fancy a short walk on your own property? Here, it’s simply possible.

There is a lovely pétanque court with benches and comfy chairs. Parking is convenient on private grounds – there is space for multiple cars.
