Bedrooms 2 and 3 are situated on the 1st floor, each featuring a double bed (160x200). There are 2 en-suite bathrooms with showers and sinks, and a separate toilet.

The villa is located in a small hamlet just a short distance from the charming village of Uzès. The private property of the villa covers approximately 1400 m2 and is enclosed and secured with an electric gate.

The garden is flat and offers comfortable seating areas, such as sunbeds by the pool, the furniture on the covered terrace and the cozy lounge sofa under the old oak tree. You can also make use of an electric barbecue.

The private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) is surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is 1.5 m deep and features an outdoor shower. The pool water is treated using salt electrolysis and does not contain chlorine. This means that the water feels slightly salty to the touch. Compared to a chlorine pool, the water feels softer and has a clearer color. It is 100% safe for your skin and swimwear.

The villa is optimally positioned in the sun, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day and into the late evening if desired. There are also plenty of shaded areas. There is ample parking space on the property.

In the medieval town of Uzès, the 17th Duke of Uzès resides in his beautifully restored city castle, which is open to visitors and hosts concerts during the summer. The Tour Fenestrelle is a unique 12th-century round bell tower that can be seen from the surrounding hilly landscape.

Uzès boasts lovely shops and lively markets, attracting Parisians who come to shop for elegant home and garden accessories. The region is renowned for its fine wines and truffles.

Nîmes is the art and history city of the region, with its well-preserved amphitheater (where performances are held), Roman temple, and art museums. The university town of Montpellier is a five-minute drive from Uzès and offers a delightful blend of culture, outdoor cafes, beaches, shops, and music.

A highlight just a 10-minute drive away is the iconic Pont du Gard aqueduct, built by the Romans in the 1st century AD. Today, it's a place where you can go canoeing through rapids, wade through the river on horseback, or relax on the many beaches.

Golfing is available at the 9-hole golf course in Uzès (5 minutes' drive) or the 18-hole courses in Nîmes or Avignon. The cities of Avignon, Orange, and Arles are all less than an hour's drive away by car.

Additionally, it's a great perk that you can use 4 city bikes and 2 mountain bikes. There is a 32-km bike path just around the corner from the villa.
